We stayed here for 3 nights while in Orlando. The staff were super friendly and nice. The lobby area and the pool area were both nice. The thing I just couldn’t get over was the awful smell of the rooms. The hallways all smelled great and the temp was comfortable. As soon as you walked into the room the muggy air and stench hit you. It wasn’t just our room.. we had a connecting room with family and theirs was the same way. I probably will not stay here again. I feel bad because the staff were all very nice and attentive.

El hotel es muy grande. Bien distribuido. Para ir con auto es muy cómodo ya que tiene mucho espacio para estacionar cerca de las habitaciones. Servicio muy bueno. El personal muyyy amable, ntentan ayudar en todo momento. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen heladerita, microondas y cafetera que ayuda mucho al momento de las comidas. Recambian toallas todo el tiempo. Fue una grata experiencia. El hotel es muy recomendable.

This hotel was very disappointing. I found multiple gnats in our room, the showers were lukewarm at best, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Opening the door was also quirky and if it weren’t for another guest helping us, we would’ve had to trek a quarter mile back to the office just to get directions on how to get the door knob to work. At night semi trucks would park out in the lot and run noisily for hours. Front desk staff wasn’t warm or friendly either. Will not return unfortunately.

Hotel is nice, clean, and definitely worthy of a low cost hotel for a Disney trip. Great location, easy going staff. We stayed in the Tower, and that was great. Definitely feel better after staying here! Some of the reviews were worrisome, but we had a great stay!

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and squeaky; we were si king on the mattress, the bathroom tub was clogged; the sink faucet was broke. Very poor conditions of the rooms.

Everything! The staff was polite, professional and service oriented. The property has plenty of parking space, the location unbeatably great! The room was completely cleaned, the bed very well made. They made sure any toiletry was timely provided and their service was incredibly fast and I never saw a face and everything I requested was already in my room before I got there. Special thanks to Mr. Dalton for his incredible hospitality and service. He made this property be even better. Very personable, very professional! Look forward to booking more stays at this location in Irlo Bronson Hwy. Excellent for location, price and conditions!!! Will definitely be back soon!!!
