Rooms were very nice and seemed remodeled. Staff was great. Karin was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. They would hold your bags at no cost. Breakfast was ver complete and differwnt choices every morning. shuttlebto the parks but you have to book 1 day in advance. Free parking. Walmart very close. Would stay again.

This is our second time to stay here, this time of course was a return because we really enjoyed the quality for the price! Price! There's always fresh baked Otis spunkmeyer cookies, the pool is clean and the beds are comfy! The staff is always there ready to assist as well.

The safe was broken, the spigot in the bathroom was broken and leaking, the floor was never swept or clean, the door lock was broken by housekeeping but not reported so we waited at the end of a long day for maintenance to cut the interior lock off, and the room was HALF clean (housekeeping had locked themselves out before finishing the job), the air conditioner was loud and never cooling during the night…. Sadly they were sold and completely ruined….

More or less what you would expect from a budget hotel. They do an adequate job of offering accommodation for those who seek no frills stays that are budget friendly. Overall the hotel was clean and the beds were comfy. Negatives were that the shower curtain let water through that caused water to pool and even caused puddles all the way to the front door. I am also not a fan of bare floors in hotels. The breakfast was limited but at least free. So was parking, which is good considering the trend for mid priced hotels now starting to charge for parking in Orlando. Overall not bad for a quick stay at the parks if you mainly just plan to sleep there.

Breakfast was horrible, but the rest was okay. Not the worst, but definitely not the best. A little run down, but staff were very nice, bed and room comfortable. Just breakfast really was awful!

Good: Price was value for money. Free shuttle service to Disney parks. Breakfast included. Free WIFI. Daily housekeeping. Conveniently located next to CVS, IHOP, etc Bad: No variety in breakfast. No gym. Last 2 days the housekeeping did not make up the beds. While shuttle service is free, the bus arrives at the hotel at 10:30am for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios which is very late (more than an hour and a half after the parks are open).

Fantastic stay

My stay was great. From checkin to checkout everyone was friendly and helpful The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a king bed with a sleeper sofa, microwave and mini fridge with plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable and there were a variety of pillows to choose one you liked The breakfast was hot with a nice variety. The ladies working it were friendly and restocked food all the time so you didn't have to wait. The pool area was nice and quiet. It was always clean and had plenty of seating. Overall this is a great place to stay and I'm already counting the days til next year
