I don't know how this property got such a good rate... breakfast is poor and full of industrial things, nothing fresh pretty much, bathroom was okay, I was expecting something way way better... for the price and score, I'd say this is a 5 out of 10.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The best part was the affordable pricing for such great quality. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay!

Everything was smooth. Utilized one transport morning to Magic Kingdom, maybe more people than they should’ve had on the bus, but ok. Staff were friendly. Safe didn’t work, but we were too tired to call or switch rooms, only stayed there to sleep and spend the day in the Disney parks. Left the door not disturb up and had no issues. Shower didn’t have water pressure, but it worked. Quiet, safe, easy access. Didn’t have the breakfast because it’s always chaotic, but it seemed fine. I’d stay there again, 10-15 min to Epcot and magic kingdom. Food and shopping options all around.

I enjoyed my stay at Galleria Palms. I think it is an excellent value. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the breakfast. The egg and protein options changed daily but pancakes, cereal and breads were available every day. It was great to fill up on a big breakfast everyday before hitting the parks. The area is safe and extremely close to Disney. The beds were just fine. They could be a little more comfortable...but they were ok. I would stay here again for sure.

It was good for the two nights I stayed. I probably wouldn’t stay longer than two nights here. It was very noisy all night and it looked like they were doing some kind of work on the second floor where my room was. There was clear tarp all along the floor.

Food options during breakfast were limited for us . Also didn’t like them providing a spread instead of butter which contains palm oil. I believe butter is necessary when you have bread in your breakfast. If anyone is vegetarian, you have very less options. Bathroom - wasn’t Upto the mark as water was dripping which I feel should be fixed . Expected better facilities It’s safe, convenient and people at reception are quite helpful .

As always staff is very friendly. This time I had to rate 4 stars instead of 5 due to me having to change rooms in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was the guests who previously stayed in our room or if it was the cleaning staff but when my son took a shower around 12am (after the theme park) the bathroom mirror fogged up and the words “Jesus Loves You” with a huge cross appeared. In the middle of the night me alone with my kids it freaked them out and we had to switch all of our stuff into another room. The front desk acted very quickly however it was an inconvenience as I had to move everything in the middle of the night after a long day at the park.
