Great hotel, my family and I had an amazing time at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was very good as well, close by to all Disney parks. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The complimentary cookies were a nice touch. The hotel definitely needs some updating and the odor in the lobby area, elevator and hallways was noticeably stale and old & stagnant smelling. There was also a problem with the cable/tv it kept cutting in and out so that was a little frustrating. Otherwise I will rate it a 5 stars because of the staff, they were all really nice. The location is convenient right next to all the shopping and restaurants. It’s a good value for the money don’t expect the ritz Carlton this hotel is not that. Keep up the good job staff !!!

I stayed here for a business trip and needed a quick Uber ride to Disney’s Dolphin Resort for a conference. The room was clean, comfortable, and genuinely odor-free, which is always appreciated. The bathroom was well maintained with no signs of rust or wear, and the beds were comfortable. The closet is small and open, with only four hangers, so if you are sharing the room and need to hang clothes, bringing extra hangers would be helpful. One of the biggest positives was how quiet the room was. I did not hear hallway noise or neighboring rooms at all, which is rare when staying in Orlando. Breakfast was basic but adequate, with eggs, sausage or turkey bacon, fruit, cereal, and yogurt options. The evening cookies were a nice touch and a welcome treat after a long day. This hotel is a solid choice for both families and business travelers looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. I would stay here again next year.

Very old hotel. A shower curtain that is fully attached to the rod and is long enough to reach inside the bathtub would have been good. Because of this water was always on the floor. A toilet that was more than 6” off the floor would help seniors/handicapped persons to be able to sit on the toilet seat and be able to get up without help from others. Replace outdated toilets. Way too low. Update the bed sheets/blankets. These things have a life span.
