The home we stayed in was beautiful! It was a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, and included an arcade and movie room. Everything was perfect for our family of 7. We stayed on the West Side and within walking distance of the clubhouse located near the water park. It would be nice if the home included separate towels for the pool in the backyard. Overall, this home superseded my expectations.

Excellent vaycay stay !!!

Me and my family had a great time. The home was clean, sectional in family needs updating but overall our stay was enjoyable..will recommend and visit again.

Do not book this house. No pool heat, they don’t address your concerns when they say, they say they’ll call you and they don’t. Very disappointing

This is our 3rd summer staying there. The house was not the cleanest, the sliding door to go to the pool was a workout every time, and there were several outlets without covers. This house was not kid friendly especially with balconies leading off of 2 of the main bedrooms.

Terrible property. Supposed to be a luxury community, which the homes are, but very ghetto. Parties going on to 5am despite having a 10pm noise ordinance in place. Security can't do anything about it. Maybe if you rent a home closer to the main office you will have a better experience. The livingroom tv was broken and from reading reviews this is a common occurrence. They send someone out to tell you it needs to be replaced but it won't be replaced during your stay. There was trash left in the kitchen which told me the property was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The pool was dirty, there was a broken closet door, and walls were dirty. The shuttle only picks up for parks at one time so if you are expecting multiple shuttles you will be disappointed. Probably best to rent a vehicle. There is a restaurant on property but they don't serve breakfast. Overall, this was a terrible experience and the front desk did nothing to make things better. They did not even offer to move us to a different hime even after experiencing the noise from multiple parties during our entire stay. It was horrific not good for kids. The water park was the only pleasant experience.
