I would have given 5 stars, but my room had very dirty floors that clearly had not been mopped, though we wore socks and did not mind much. I also experienced a credit card error when I was charged for breakfast, even though I had chosen the breakfast option on my Expedia reservation; I reviewed my credit card transactions and had to ask the manager for a refund. While the staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service, I did not enjoy the breakfast restaurant—the eggs were undercooked, my request for scrambled eggs resulted in an omelet, and overall, I cannot recommend it. The pizza restaurant was the best dining option during our stay. Many restaurants and the arcade game room were closed, and transportation is inconvenient because the shuttle only runs every 20 minutes, which made it tough with a 2-year-old. The resort is kid friendly with lots to do, our hotel room was dirty. Bugs were found ins drawers and in linen

Our villa was very well equipped with everything we needed bathrooms are comfortable showers are very nice they have more than enough towels,clean beds super comfortable pillows Pool was great and nice hamburgers at the restaurant right next to it
