The unit was brand new so it was really nice. Decorated nicely. Staff was really great. The only downside was you couldn’t park in front of your unit. You had y to park in a common lot and get shuttled back and forth or walk to your car.other than that the stay was wonderful.

Beautiful, new n specious townhome, very clean n comfortable for the 6 of us. The staff sp. Denae is very friendly n accommodating, communication is great. The only drawback are the mattresses are very soft but this place is highly recommended, it’s very safe n beautiful ambiance. will go back again. ❤️👏❤️

First time staying at this type of property and I wasn't really sure what to expect. I've called the resort several times with questions prior to my arrival and I had a lot of questions to ask. The staff I've spoken to on the phone (Denae, Phillip and Brian) were extremely helpful, patient and friendly. Joseph assisted me with the check-in process, and he was just as helpful, patient and friendly even with a later check-in on the last day of the year. We rented one of the townhomes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an attached garage. The house is nicely furnished with luxury furnishing and appliances, all nice to come back to after a long day at Disney. The home is in a gated community, so we felt very safe our entire stay. We didn't use the pool or the waterpark so I am unable to comment. We did have lunch at Traditions. The food and service was excellent. One final thought. I've done a Google search on this place. There aren't that many reviews and I've unfortunately come across a couple of terrible reviews of this place. PLEASE IGNORE THEM. My only complaint about this place is the narrow curved driveway leading up to the garage was a pain to back on to with our rental BMW X3 SUV in the dark after a long flight. I would DEFINITELY stay here again the next time I'm in the Orlando area.

Bed was comfy but the pillows are not comfortable. They are so tall, I had a sore neck. I asked if other pillows were available but no, they are not. The only downside to the condo. The space was large and very quiet. I would stay again.
