Our 5 bedroom condo was very clean and comfortable. The decorum was aesthetically pleasing and the rooftop patio was a great hangout spot. We also enjoyed the pool table in our condo and all the amenities on/off the property.

GREAT UNITS to stay in, but that's about it. The units are combined with residential tenants. To get around to the unit is not convenient and accessibility is extremely poor. Parking is poor. There arent really any ameneties other than the waterparks, but even those are mediocre and they arent tied to the actual resort. Guests have to go to another hotel just to retrieve bands for passes to one park and a drive to the other ones.

We LOVE this place. We have 4 girls and we absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommend it. Clean, close proximity to a lot if things, quiet, fun, lots to do. We wish we had went to the water park from day one. The whoke family had a great time.

We enjoyed our week here. My only complaints were that the pull out bed was supremely uncomfortable and the pool near our room closed at 6 pm. Would have liked it to be open a little later. Other than that, it was really good. Would stay here again.

Honestly we were very excited to visit however it wasn’t as it appears. The check in process was smooth but somehow they forgot to mention where to get wristbands for the water park, the park that is directly connected to it. Horrible experience when I get to the water park with my 2 & 4 year old they were super disappointed. Next, the parking is not functional.

Property was very spread out and clean. Offered 1 water park at location but also gives the option to visit 2 other water location for free. Main reason for 4 and not 5 stars. For small kids, entrance door doesn’t have a safety latch. Restaurants option are very limited at resort. However plenty of eating options all around, within 5 to 20 minutes away. Definitely recommend, especially for bigger kids.

The place was nice and spacious but seriously not worth the price or hassle. You have to walk like 5 minutes to your car and you are stuck if it’s raining. To get access to the pool and amenities you have to drive like 5 minutes to get the wristbands yo another building because they don’t give it you you at the check in location. They also hold $500 dollars on your credit card that does t get returned for 14 days. And the pictures of the grand water park are not the one on the premises. It’s one that’s a 25 minute drive it’s the H2O park which you have to pay for $20 parking. And when I tell you that the line was long, like a 45 minute line to get in or longer. This was not worth the price.
