Family time is quality time, especially when you enjoy it in this spacious living room with plush, comfy couches, a huge flat-screen TV, and innovative lighting. Home cooks will find the kitchen efficient and well-outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of storage space and a curved breakfast bar that seats four, and a formal dining table that has room for eight. Perfect for Families!

The house was beautiful and in great condition, very clean as well. The private pool and hot tub, awesome to have! I wish there had been some sort of lounger for the sundeck in the pool and maybe some sort of outside games. The waterpark was great for all ages, food & drinks are overpriced and they won't let you bring in your own snacks or even water, which is a bummer. All in all thought it was a great experience!

Great Home for Disney week!

The property was beautiful. Overall everything was great. Pros: The community is beautiful. Location is easy access to Disney. Bathroom with every bedroom was very nice for our large group. The property was very clean. Cons: The sheets could be softer. The starter kit is not realistic so be ready to go to Walmart for paper towels, trash bags, coffee filters, hand soap and toilet paper.

Great stay. Beautiful, fully equipped home. Many bedrooms with bathrooms for each. We had an excellent stay. Had some issues with the heating of the pool/hot tub and the TV but was resolved. Would Recommend.

Perfect Place for an Off Site Disney Vacation

We loved this vacation home. There were nine of us so everyone had a separate space. The open kitchen and living room, was perfect for gathering. The kids loved the themed rooms and were in the private pool for hours. The water park in the resort was great fun. Jeeves was especially helpful.

Great Home- Very poor management

House was not clean when we arrived, floors dirty, helium balloons on the ceiling... broken blinds.... cleaning solutions left out... clearly a rush job... house needs a THOROUGH cleaning... carpets are pretty gross.... blaringly loud Pool alarm went bad at 4am on our first night there., the maintenance guy comes and says its his THIRD one that night and it happens all the time... transistor he said so they disabled it and sent someone to fix it next day....Normally I wouldn't be upset when something goes wrong.... BUT this is a KNOWN issue! Yet the management company doesn't actually fix it... just Band-Aids. So much potential... but Jeeves management stinks... I feel really bad for the owner, they probably have no idea what's going on... also the neighborhood has gotten pretty bad.... 3 houses down they had about 10 cars and a food truck... late night parties with 30 or so party goers... I have stayed in this community before but it seems the dregs of society have now taken over.... never again for us with Encore at Reunion. This house although its rather young is showing a lot of wear and tear.... TV's mostly don't work.... Wi-Fi is spotty... clubhouse is pretty nice... pool nice... but the big crowd of lowlifes sent us home by 2pm... if its not clear, I recommend taking a pass on this house and Encore at Reunion.
