The staff members were nice and helpful, and we truly appreciate the staff, especially the cleaning team, however, this hotel needs some improvements. We stayed for two weeks. After a few days, we wanted to upgrade our room from a king bed to two queen beds. Unfortunately, we did not receive any assistance with this request. Even after contacting Expedia, they informed us that the hotel did not approve the change. The king rooms are quite small. During our stay, we had to change rooms a couple of times due to a muddy, moldy smell. Thanks to the front desk employees who helped us immediately each time. However, in the last room we stayed in, the heating system was not working properly, it only worked sometimes. Thank god we didn’t need it all the time because the weather was nice and warm The breakfast was acceptable at first, but it became worse in the final days of our stay. They stopped serving basic breakfast items such as milk, boiled eggs, and even green tea packets. After breakfast hours, the hotel did not provide coffee at all. I believe offering complimentary coffee 24 hours a day is something most hotels provide nowadays. The hotel itself needs renovation, the sofas and carpets are old and worn. There are also not many restaurants within walking distance. Although it is downtown, you still have to drive 10–20 minutes to reach restaurants, and about 20 minutes to reach the Premium Outlets, Universal Studios, ICON Park, and Fun Spot parks

Good stay with goid room and breakfast, only down side that i was sleeping and had multiple knocks on my door by a non-english-speaking maintenance worker who when i got up and clothed and opened the door pointed at the wall outside my door and said a few things in Spanish that i couldnt decipher. We are in america, hire english speaking staff.

Home 2 Suites is an excellent option. It was walkable to downtown, Dr. Phillips Center and The Kia Center. It was also clean and comfortable. Check in was fast. I look forward to staying here again. Great staff😊
