Shower was dingy and looked dirty. There was hair on the toilet seat. Beds appeared clean at least. This is the type of resort you stay at just to get by but I won’t stay here again.

Room was in good condition. Air-conditioning wasn't working right didn't seem very cool. The hotel is way to close to the main highway so it's load in the morning. Pool is really nice. Breakfast buffet was good

I had a nice stay at the Rosen. This place is a great choice for someone who needs a clean place to stay near the parks. The grounds were kept up nice. The pool was really nice with music on the speakers. It's a gated property that really surprised me. No guard but still a deterrent. I liked the gift shop option for snacks. Front desk was courteous. My room was just basic, but clean overall. It's nice to have a microwave if needed.i want to come and stay again. Very convenient location. They charged 10.00 a day to park so that was a surprise.

Check in was easy, the woman who checked us in was great, friendly/knowledgeable. We stay here everytime we come to Disney 1 to 2x a year. Typically its always a great stay, friendly staff/clean rooms/nice playground/nice pool area. But a few things this trip 1.The splash pad is never open its been 5 years, we just expect it to be closed now. 2. We've never paid a parking fee, nor was it advertised when booking the room. Surprise 50$ for parking?! Not a fan 3. We called for maintenance since our fridge didnt work the 1st night. Maintenance showed up banging on the door past 11pm. Completely unprofessional. He opened the door to the fridge turned the cool dial down from 5 to 4 and said we had put it on the wrong setting. To let it defrost then it would kick back on. The fridge was warm/nothing to defrost, its didnt work and we couldn't use it. 4. Half the hotel has been renovated rooms 1000s/2000s are new and 3000s/4000s old, it would've been nice to get a new room. When we checked in I was told we were getting a sunrise nature pond view with the overpass/shopping center in the distance. I was asked if this was okay, unknowingly I said yes, sounds nice...if your told this runnnn. The traffic was not in the distance it was very close and loud. We've never been on the back side of this hotel before. And we'll be sure to ask for the front side room going fwd. All that being said, We'll still come back to this hotel, be sure to asked for update and front side room.

Came for a night..came in later since, We flight was delayed… & wasn’t able to have breakfast or dinner due to places being closed. ;-( Check in // needs some IMPROVEMENT….. Especially, if your not from the area not knowing the area..since, your one of your main elevators is out and had to explore Your whole area to Find out our room From Local Customers who Staying there. No workers around to assist! So sad! Where is the customer service here!
