The room was OK, but I cannot sleep because of the noise. From 9 PM to 11 PM they blast the music too loud.. if you want to rest go to another hotel.

A good resort with plenty of amenities. The staff at the bar were fantastic - Pelegríno, Demi, all others, always welcoming and ready to chat. However, we stayed for 8 nights, with our room due to be serviced and cleaned every 4th day. By the 6th day we had to go to reception before going out for the day. Boy at desk said he would send them up that day. When we arrived back, the room had not been done. We had to go back down to reception late at night to collect our own fresh towels and toilet rolls!! We were assured that the room would be serviced the next day- day 7 of 8! When we got back later that day, housekeeping had been in but only made up the bed - no fresh linen on the bed, so we slept in the same sheets for 8 days- unacceptable! We were at the very same resort with our children 10 years ago and had a wonderful time. We still had a great time in Orlando, but the customer service/ management was very disappointing this time. Will think twice about returning next time.

The bartender and dj goes hand amin hand with happy hour! Although it rained, they still worked together to make our rainy poolside party wonderful. The rooms can use another redo but they are not in terrible condition. But their cleaning staff, they may want to reconsider hiring some who value their work. We had towels, and bedding missing. We witnessed one maid half cleaning as if she was mad she had to clean. Overall, looking pass that, I will be going for my third time this year.

Don’t book here.

As soon as I arrived I was told my room that I booked ahead of time and paid for was unavailable, there was an unexpected fee, the ac in the room and bathroom light/fan are extremely loud, the room door handle is loose and falls downward and the floor is filthy leaving our socks full of dirt. Absolutely disgusting place.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel! First room we were in was dirty. Random hairs on both beds, the bathroom was crusty! On our first night, the electrical plug that the ac unit was plugged into starting smoking and sparked! Good thing we were there to immediately turn off the ac and ask for a new room! New room was a little cleaner-no hairs on the bed but the bathroom was still gross. Even though we were texted to see if we needed anything-when I asked for more toiletries, I never got them. The only positive is that I was able to check in early after coming in from an overnight flight…

Good stay for the price. Room was clean besides the dirty shower curtain in the bathroom when I checked in. Thankfully they got it changed once I reported it. Front desk was very helpful with getting us checked in early. Friendliness of the back-of-house staff needs to be worked on. They weren’t rude but they did not give a welcoming aura. Overall, good stay.
