I have stayed there before with a good experience, this Tina everything was terrible. They did not make up the room until after 5th night, even that we asked for it every day, we did not have hot water for two mornings. We come to a veterinary conference and me as well as my friends will stay at a different hotel next years They have big cockroaches in the room

Okay - here are two unique things about this hotel: 1) There was no hot water after the first evening - staff was no help - I checked out early. 2) Music playing in the pool area (until late evening) was so loud I could hear it very clearly inside my room. I honestly don’t remember ever staying in a worse hotel.

I have stayed here a few times for conferences. The amenities are perfect. Easy access and transportation is a breeze here. It is walking distance of the confrence center, restruants, bars, convience stores. The onsite restruant and bar has reasonable prices, and the pool was fantastic!!!

Turn around, and find another place.

Horrible. The front staff has no idea what they’re doing. Could be undertraining but when clients come from a place of worry for their things in the room, you cannot just answer with a blankless stare as if you don’t know what you’re doing. We are looking to you for information and clarity. Old building, rickety elevator, room interior is the only thing that they improved on I think.

Room was set at 90 F upon arrival. I was without hot water for the first 3 nights of my stay. My room was "cleaned" when I asked not to have anyone enter my room and at that time the bathtub was left with water in it. Overall less than stellar property.

The room was clean with comfortable beds, though it could use updating. A TV with streaming services would be a welcome addition. The air conditioning was quite loud, and the windows let in a lot of outdoor noise, making it difficult to sleep at times. The on-site bar, grill, and store were convenient, and the pool was clean and not overcrowded. However, the hot tub was small and filled up quickly, which was a bit disappointing. Overall a fine stay but far from a luxury resort.

The pool and fitness club are excellent. On weekend, there was constant 20 minute wait to talk to front desk. Understaffed and the Avanti has no automation, self serve terminals say Coming Soon. The hotel is very convenient for restaurants and attractions on I Drive.

Was out of hot water half my stay. Also photos are much nicer than rooms truly are. Overall a good budget location, but not worth prices charged per night.

Not so great

They stopped doing daily housekeeping - I had to request new towels after 4 days. That includes bed being made, room being cleaned, trash getting taken out, towels being changed, room and bathroom cleaning - no one visited our room the entire duration of our stay. I was told it was a new policy due to high theft - neither of which was disclosed with me at check-in.
