Business trip sufficient with a great price - the price point brought me to the Avanti during my recent trade show stay of 4 nights. Wifi was good for some evening work before bed. I did not use any of the property facilities as i was gone during the days. I had a pleasant stay and would come again.

We came to celebrate my birthday. Check in was fine but got to the room, and was unpacking beverages when we immediately noticed the refrigerator wasn’t working. I called the front desk 1st time they said they were sending maintenance. They never came so day 2 I saw the housekeeping and ask them about it she looked at it but then said she someone. No one ever came so now we’re on night 2 called1st desk again still no one came. So needless to say we didn’t have access to refrigerator during our. Also, there weren’t enough towels in the room typically when there’s a double I see 4 sets. We had to request more.

Stay Here to be close to many restaurants and bars around, close to the convention center and outlets, since it is a resort it can get a bit loud on the lower floors. Has direct pick up and drop off to Universal Parks which is great, cafe is decent enough.

This is definitely a two-star motel. Arrived late 10:30PM. No water available, even for purchase in lobby. No water in room. Floor seemed a bit sticky. Fortunately, they room had good noise isolation, as the distorted music from the pool bar was pretty obnoxious. Staff at pool cafe basically ignore you. Not a place I will return to.

The hotel is great with very spacious rooms and modern style set up only thing I can say that I wish can be fixed/repaired is the elevator in building 4 which can take a while to go up and also closes and opens and shakes before going up, but other than that little issue the stay is a great option.
