I booked a Friday - Sunday Stay, however I arrived ( and called 12 hours prior ) that we would be arriving late ( driving through the night ) only to be told my room was not ready early Saturday morning. When a room was found it was SWARMING with small insects. We left to get a bite to eat only to come back to the door half open and a pot on the counter. The room was outdated and just very underwhelming. I have been to the resort 7 times over the last 9 years.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff, nice pool areas, room was clean, & bed was very comfortable. We requested a very quiet area, and it was very quiet with a great view! Can see fireworks at Disney park every night @9pm.

The property is great for families. I am very particular about having a spotless kitchen and bathroom, and I would say that it met my expectations. We requested for a coffee K cup coffee machine and they provided it immediately. They have friendly staff and love the free caricature! The guy was very nice and he is an entertainer! Highly recommend this property. I just wished that the swimming pool is heated as I feel bad for the kids swimming in a cold water. But, other than that, we are happy with our stay.

The staff was very attentive. Location is great close to Disney and shopping. The pool was very nice. The rooms have been updated. The con was the water pressure was very low. It is a great place for family’s and I would recommend going there.
