The property needs a bit of updating. The sheets on the bed were pretty worn. We asked for our room to be cleaned everyday. Unfortunately, we had to ask everyday. It seemed our room was always missed. It’s a great place for vacation. Lots of things to keep you busy. Great pool area for families. Very close to Disney parks.

The breakfast was amazing! The resort style activities were great. The only down fall was the housekeeping. We would not get towels or wash clothes or toilet paper daily. We would come back from the parks exhausted then have to walk down to the front desk to get what we needed. The housekeeping would take all the dirty towels, but would not replace all of them they took.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Made to order breakfast omelet in addition to other hot/cold breakfast items. Free bus shuttle to Disney and Universal.. Complimentary happy hour with drinks and light snacks. Large pool area for little kids, which was separate from large pool. Property was clean but could use updates in some areas but overall it was worth the nightly rate when taking into account the free shuttle, free breakfast and pool area for kids. Very family friendly even though I stayed by myself it didn't bother me that there were large families and 2 separate groups ogmf high schoolers staying for a school trip.

This property was a total disappointment. The first two rooms they tried to put me in were not cleaned properly. There was hair on the bed sheets and dirty overall. The hallways smelled wet and moldy. The property was not well kept and there was dirt and debris all over. The shuttles to the Disney parks do not run on a regular schedule and if you do take them, you will loose time at the park because of their schedule. Do not waste your money or time booking this property.

The location is excellent close to everything. The breakfast is great specially custom made omelette. People are friendly, hotel is neat and nice. Pool water is too cold even in march but i still dived into it. It was a lovely experience to stay there for 7 days

Very poor service, same breakfast everyday, didn't make an effort to serve vegetarian food despite requesting, poor breakfast selection, had to carry all luggage by ourself in the room with our 2 year little one. After cleaning, didnt leave paper cups and fresh towels despite telling it to cleaner and staff. We wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

For a Hilton property there was a lot of things in our room needed to be updated and fixed, the sink in the bedroom area, is worn out and didn't look good, the rugs needed to be steamed cleaned or replaced, the filter for the ac, needs to be replaced regularly, some work needs to be done for cleanliness and health reasons.

Our stay was great from the minute they checked us in everyone was friendly, the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had for free in a hotel and the room was awesome The only bad experience and wasn’t even to much was the bartender the man who worked in free night he seemed to hate his job and it showed That is the only thing in 4 days luckily we didn’t use bar but once I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Arrived at 7pm and my room was not ready. I ended up in an exterior entrance room that seemed much older than the rest of the building. Lights didn't work, TV in the bedroom had big spots burned into the screen and it just felt old. A+ to the photographer for the website because they made it look way nicer than it actually is.

Gone down a bit in recent years.

Safe, ok place to stay. If I’d never stayed here before, I’d say it was ok, but disappointing when you know how it used to be pre-2020. Continental breakfast is decent. The evening reception used to be amazing - a bar inside for the free drinks, lots of snacks, a cotton candy maker and popcorn machine. Now it’s goldfish, Chex mix and chips, and 2 free drinks that you have to go outside to the busy pool bartender for. Rooms are ok, but there were two long hairs sitting on my pillow, and family in a different room found hair on their towels. The rooms just seemed like they haven’t been kept up and things are starting to look very run down. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
