The hotel looks nice upon arrival. Lobby was nice and clean. Once you get past that though it not clean and very dated. Grounds are not maintained. Rooms were horrible. Blood on the mattress, furniture is in horrible condition, food in pack n play we requested, pillows stained, shower was is terrible condition. Breakfast was decent. If you come after 7:30-8, be prepared to wait about 45 min in line. They have signs telling you this because it’s obviously been a major complaint from guest. If we hadn’t gotten in so late and could have gotten a refund, I would have left and went somewhere else. One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve stayed in.

Family vacation

Me family and I came to Orlando for the first time and it was amazing. From the hotel to the amusement parks, the people were very nice & respectful. Our hotel was the best especially because we have children the pool area was so nice the bar was a plus and the kids splash pool including the games that where set up for you to play while enjoying the water. The lake where you can fish was so much fun we all caught a fish. My husband enjoyed the basketball court along with my kids enjoying the playground and sand area! I definitely recommend staying at this hotel with you family!!

We've stayed here two years in a row for a volleyball tournament. There is so much to do aside from just the pool. They have a great free breakfast, a happy hour every day, a bar and fun pool. They play a movie outside every night. It's a great hotel to stay at for a reasonable price. Only complaints were the key card to get into the parking lot... it rarely worked and the garbage cans in the rooms should be much bigger! Other than that, would highly recommend this hotel:)

Ok, hotel, 2-3 stars, customers service 4-5 stars

Customer service was great, the staff was friendly and attentive. I didn’t like my first room, the first room had a view of rooftop with mechanical appliances and a lightbulb shined inside the room at night, also bugs coming in from the window, was annoying. Being a Hilton honor member and guest, I thought they could have made sure my room was up to par.

Location is great, but the property could be updated. Water pressure in the toilet and bathroom sink was low. AC had the room warm during the night. The kiddie pool are water stays on all night, so rooms near the pool can hear splashing. The carpet had a large stain and the sofa bed released a a dust cloud when opened. Other than that great amenities and close to parks.
