Everything was excellent as far as staff, facilities, dining. The atrium/courtyard area was massive and stunning. This was a fantastic place for our work conference. My only (minor) complaint was that in my atrium-facing room, all three nights the noise from the sports bar (six floors below me and at the opposite end of the the atrium) was loud enough each evening I had to get earplugs, which the front desk helpfully provided.

The staff at check in & bar were fantastic. Pool was huge, ample clean space & not crowded. Rated overall a 4 because the room we had furnishing's felt dated & musty. Being directly across the street from Sea World was awesome. Would definitely stay again.

We are very happy with the size and the cleanliness of our room. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. We will def come back to stay and definitely recommend.
