The room and bathroom were spotless and it had a screened in private balcony with chairs and a table. The bathroom was the biggest I have ever seen at a hotel with a giant jacuzzi tub and a very large glass door shower. We were facing the pool but had no problems with noise from it (though it was November, not prime summer). We had very noisy neighbors our first night until midnight but that's not the resort's fault and the next two nights were very quiet. We ate at the sports bar attached our first evening and it was very good food for cheaper than you'd expect. We weren't in the hotel much other than to sleep but staff was always patrolling and you had to have a pass just to enter the grounds so it felt very safe.

The resorts didn’t have a restaurant to have breakfast early in the morning, there was a coffee bar with only a few snacks and the only croissant I had, it was hard and greasy. Although the room was clean, there was no room cleaning service during my stay and I had to ask for toiletry, which was very insignificant (I had the magnet sticker do not disturb in my room) Expedia said that it was at .4mi from the convention center, this was deceiving. You couldn’t walk to there because there was. I crossing through the freeway, and the uber distance was going around taking approx 25 minutes each way.

Resort stay was decent. Staff was very welcoming and supported all queries with our stay and addressed whenever there was a concern with the room we were staying w.r.t heater. Free car parking. Restaurants food was good. Allowed us to check-in early as 10am(vs 4pm) Cons: NO complimentary breakfast for guests, No Room service but shared the sheets and towels on request ;no setting the bed daily with new sheets. Missed to give wakeup call on checkout day for our flight early in the morning. Constant issues with the heater in the room and occasional issues with the unit keys which were resolved once on reporting

The place is beautiful… family friendly. The only thing I have a problem with is the cleanliness of the room. In the bathroom… the floors had build up Dirt in the corners, left over hair from previous people. They don’t replace the towels or come in and clean anything unless you are staying for 7 plus days. The failed to tell us this at check in because the guy was so set on making a sale for a time share…
