A birthday trip for me and my daughter, the room that we stayed in was very quaint, and was very clean. We truly enjoyed our stay. Except getting access to the front desk was a bit difficult

1) we were dropped off at the incorrect building 2) the water in the shower was cold we called maintenance and it was fixed for one day of our stay and then it was ice cold again. 3) the door to our room was joined by an entry way to a room other people were staying in, every time the main door was opened our doo was pushed and pulled like it was being opened 4) the shower in the bathroom looks as though it isn’t cleaned, disinfected maybe, but the floor of the shower is dingy and dirty looking

The parking. Im disable & there was only 2 handicap parking infront the buildings i was in a area with 4 rows of parking well basically alot of parking where they could of done at least 5 handicap spots. I was called to my room at 4 am to move my car from where i had to park it because there was no space in my area & i cant walk far im in heart failure. I wasn't blocking no one. I basically had to stay in my car for bout an hour until there was a space close enough. Everything else was great.

The room was neglected ! Dirty counters and chairs , broken doors , dirty shower , dirty laundry (towels and wash cloths ) The property and parking it was not what we expected ! If I didn’t get penalized for leaving early I would have cut my trip short ! The community was at 84 % capacity that’s dangerous with one way in and one way out !
