Racoons living in the roof on the building opposite. Noisy air conditioning. Worst pizza I've ever had in my life. The only redeeming thing was the pool area. Very nice, plenty of seats, but BYO towels. Bit strange for a "resort" !

We enjoyed our recent stay at Westgate Lakes. The staff were extremely friendly. Our room was clean and the mattresses were comfy! The onsite shuttles that run every 5 minutes or so were very convenient. We used the free shuttle service to get to Epic Universe. We would definitely stay again!

Customer service was amazing however our first night we had a room with a broken ac.(it happens) They moved us to a different room around 12am. New room was sufficient. Jetted tub was a plus.The balcony door was broke and wouldn’t lock. Just needs a little updating. The food on site was great (drafts sports bar) the pools were clean and over all we enjoyed our stay. We will return.
