Lakeview room, 2 bedrooms, lots of space. Wonderful staff, great ice cream and convenient to Universal. Only issue was the amenities were not explained at check in. We weren't aware we had to place our trash and towels outside of the room when needed, other than that... It was a great stay

Staff was very helpful, got to check in to our room early. The only issue was the refrigerator and other rooms were so loud the kids couldn’t sleep on the pullout couch. The door had a space on the bottom so we could hear clearly what was going on. Other than that the grounds are very nice with things to do. Hotel is close to all the parks, and had lots of pools.
