The room was absolutely perfect for a family vacation. We didnt spend much time around the resort because we were only in town for one full day, but when we were around the staff we very friendly and helpful and the resort was clean.

Nice room, staff, and amenities. I didn't like they tried to get me to go on a 90 minute time share tour. The property was HUGE. 19 buildings, I believe. If you are ready and expect a large hotel complex, this is certainly it ! I wasnt sure if there was a way to get around the property other than walking. I would have liked to see another dining option or two. Overall, gooo stay !

I stayed in a studio villa with was pretty nice. The huge patio and jacuzzi were a nice touch. The room was right near the water. My daughter and I both enjoyed the waterpark. Having the restaurants, arcades, and other amenities on the resort were very convenient. The staff did offer rides on the carts to help navigate. However, once we gotta feel for the resort walking was not an issue. The staff did encounter were very nice. I would recommend and stay there again.

Regular house keeping of basic stuff like trash and removal of dirty towels. I was appalled that housekeeping is only available for stays of more than 7 nights. The great thing is the customer service can be done via text messages. Very responsive and all my requests have been fulfilled. The biggest disappointment is that they closed the water park for maintenance during my stay with no prior notice. I book it just for the water park and it was closed for my entire 5 night stay. And on a bright sunny, windless day, when I tried to rent their pedal boats, the attendant said it is closed. Again, no notice. if everything is not available, then it is no longer a resort. pretty disappointed. Do not recommend.
