There was too much pot smoking on the premises and the pool areas were not looked after. The kids took over while adults stood at the edges. My husband was physically attacked because of such lack of protection.

My stay here was amazing me n my family had a blast ..my kids loved the waterpark n the rooms.my only complaint is the food .it is very limited so we ate off site every night.other than that it was a pleasant experience and well be back for a fact.💯💯💯

The property is too large to be properly maintained. It is extremely loud and apparently you need a car to get around which isn’t feasible for people who fly in and are on vacation. We were told there was an adult only pool and then when we asked where it was we were told “well it’s not really adult only, there’s kids in there too.” The water park is definitely not worth $25 to get in. The “lazy river” had like 10 floats and they say you just have to wait until someone is done. You have a property that houses well over 1000 people and only have 10 floats. What sense does that make? The lockers do not work and myself and my husband got 1st degree burns on our feet from the ground around the water park so make sure you wear shoes. Overall this place is not worth it not even a little bit. Also there’s no airport shuttle.

All of the staff members were so nice even through when checking in the clerk really could not understand me because english was not her first language. I was very unhappy about the extra $29 or $39 for the resort amenities that I was not told about and did not use. Also, we had a little visitor (a roach) that I was not happy with at all. but the maintenance men came in a sprayed very quickly.

Great property. Lazy staff at check in. Jessica is one of the best at the front-desk. Great price on the rooms.

The staff and the views made this property worth it. First room we were put in had a very strong mold smell to it and i notice a difference once i woke up (after 2 hrs of sleep), after letting the front desk staff know the next day, i basically had no choice but to pay out of pocket to upgrade my room. The staff did ask if i wanted house keeping to come out but i didn't see a need for that since it was mold and that cant be cleaned easily. Second room we were put in was great, besides the upstairs had a joining room and another guest was in there. I heard every word from them as if they were in my room. I would like to think you wouldn't book that room unless there were no other options or if we knew them. The door between the rooms should be sound proof if you are renting them to two different parties.
