We were in room 817. The first thing I noticed was the sink in the bathroom did not drain. I had a full sink in a couple of minutes brushing my teeth. Next was the a/c. The unit made loud noises and my husband could not sleep with it on. So in Florida I had to turn the a/c off which made it a horrible night. We weren't the only ones. Several people also complained in the breakfast area.. It was one of those inside a/c; not like central a/c. They need to replace them. The positives are the first floor for families, the convenience to the convention center and the new design. I complained to the front desk with no response.

The stay was fine. Most of the time the staff were very attentive and friendly. Parking seemed a bit high for self-parking. The bed and sheets were very comfortable, although the AC was loud! Fair price for a convenient stay.

Staff were friendly and professional! Breakfast was a great selection. Location was great Only issue, you should not have to pay for parking and asking for an extra $75 to check-in an hour early is a little sharp practice and doesn’t set a good first impression
