nice staff and great service. I was supposed to book a room with a king size bed since we travel with our baby, but it’s not available so I booked a standard room. Then upon arrival the front desk helped me make a change I really appreciate. Breakfast was included which was a plus and the food tastes great. But, the bathroom doesn’t smell good looks the smell comes from the sewer, the water runs soooo slow from the sink faucet, also the hair dryer is covered by a thick layer of dust. Overall I’m still satisfied with this stay, it matches the price.

Tru-ly great!

Tru is an amazing hotel with excellent amenities. The free breakfast in the mornings is full with pancakes, breakfast meats, oatmeal, cereal and yogurt. The gym is equipo with free weights, treadmills, bikes, and a few weight machines. The entire hotel sparkling clean. We were thrilled with the stay and will look to return!

This hotel flops hard

The shower didn’t work there was no shampo there i had to get serviced to get me some and also there was no microwave no restaurant also no laundry facilities they had a third party that they clean my clothes but they didn’t dry it had a weat cloths on my backpack smell bad also the fridge didn’t work the blower didn’t work ask service to get a new one and a top all this the bed was beside the fire alarm it spark every minute with a white flashes couldn’t sleep I want my money back pls my room was 535
