We requested a connecting room prior to arrival when we arrived they said they don’t have any for the type of rooms we booked.I was staying with my daughter which is why we wanted connecting rooms They said I could up grade the rooms for $300 dollars to have connecting rooms I asked to speak to the manager who was as much use a a chocolate fire guard.We ended up with two rooms on the same floor They promised they sort out for our second night but when we came back that evening we did indeed have a connecting room but it it connected to someone else’s room ! To top this off we had snow coming into our room via the corroded window as the roof above the window was leaking and in disrepair.The heater vents in the room were extremely noisy making them unusable for sleeping . On a positive (obviously not) I did receive an email two days after we checked out to say they would try and get us connecting rooms what a joke. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN

Staff was not very friendly. Except the luggage guys, they were cool. The quality of the hotel is that of a motel. Carpets smell old, walls look old, decoration of the rooms was like if a 3 year old decorated it. They only get away with their rating and prices because of the location. I felt like I was cat fished to be honest. Would never stay there again

long check in process after long journey. Wife stays there for business & wasn't happy with room for 10 nights. Hotel didn't know how to manage the" free morning coffee" perk. Destination fee of $52.23 incl tax daily was unexpected as law requires if be shown when offer is presented by expedia
