Excellent value for money and fantastic location for Universal Studios. Room was clean and tidy and good size. Pool was lovely for after long days of walking and laundry was so convenient to get washing done We would recommend to anyone looking for a Nice affordable accommodation

My family and I had an amazing time at this hotel and will choose it again if we ever have to come back to Orlando. The continental breakfast was convinient. The emplacement is close from all the universal park also and a shuttle was included in the price to get there :)

The walls were so paper thin I could hear the words coming from the tv next door. I couldn’t sleep a peep. In the morning the staff gathering to clean was right outside our door and we heard them tussling all morning long not allowing us to sleep in. It was so noisy it was not enjoyable Room 102.

I chose to stay here because of the great reviews, but this place was a huge disappointment. The room was dirty and felt like an old Motel 6. There was mold on the ceilings and even on the lamp shades. The sheets felt cheap, and I found hair on the beds and on the bathroom floor. The TV didn’t work at all. I will definitely never stay here again.
