The suite was beautiful, except one of the toilets the bidet option did not work neither did the seat warmer. Buffet breakfast at Oscars was delicious with lots of options. The staff was attentive, warm and friendly

Room was absolutely clean, service was awesome.On the downside, I would say- First, we found a cockroach in washroom, it was really scary. Second and Most important - After travelling down to Orlando for almost 12 hours when We reached hotel and thought of taking bath but to our utter surprise, there was no hot water in the shower and water was just kind of dripping from it. When we contacted front desk, we were informed that they are sending engineer to repair. We asked them to change our rooms then they should get it repaired by themselves. This is something we never expected in Waldorf hotel, which is a renowned name in hotel industry. .

Absolutely unacceptable. Paying this kind of money, only to be jolted awake at 5:30 a.m. by what sounds like an elementary school in session, is outrageous. The constant noise from children in multiple nearby rooms made it impossible to rest, and the manager’s response was equally disappointing—complete indifference, aside from asking which room to call. I did not spend $500 to be disturbed at dawn or to deal with management that clearly lacks any sense of responsibility toward guests’ comfort. This hotel has completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone.

Hotel is nice enough. Main turn off was that there was dirt and hair found under the blanket - indicating that the sheets were not replaced from the previous guest. I have experienced this in 3 - 3.5 star hotels post-covid as housekeeping is getting lazier. There were sugar granules on the counter next to the coffee machine too indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. When i alerted the staff they took care of it within the hour but provided nothing more than some feigned remorse - which is less than i expect from a Waldorf.

My fiance and I stayed at the King suite with the balcony view. The room was very clean and smelled great, the bed was comfy, and the view from the balcony was awesome. The room itself was just fine, no complaints there. Minor issues incoming. No microwave. For the money we paid, we felt a microwave should be included. Parking. Unless you pay for valet parking, you have to park several minutes away at a parking garage. This can be a little inconvenient when you have to carry several bags back and forth, and also if you decide to leave for dinner, you have to carry your food all the way back to the room. This is where not having a microwave comes into play. The lazy river....we were really looking forward to this one, and while it was fine, there are way too many water fountains spraying water around the river that kind of detract from the experience. You're trying to relax, but when you constantly have water spraying on your face and body, it's hard to take the experience in. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. Again, these are minor details we wanted to address, and don't want to make anyone think we had a bad time.

The property is exquisite. Rooms are large and very quiet. Bathroom is very large with separate shower. Very luxurious. Food is top notch. The grab and go for Disney excursions had gourmet food and plenty of options. Easy shuttle access. Pool and grounds are beautiful. The lazy river was a huge hit. Highly recommend
