Very long walk to the room from anywhere else in the hotel. Rude housekeeping - they knocked on my door on checkout day at 8:30 and abruptly said "Get out!" I called the front desk to verify checkout at 11:00 which they confirmed. Spoiled a mornings rest for me.

Hotels.com made us pay for parking which hotel.com told me that my status would be I wouldn’t have to pay for parking at this hotel which that’s why I’ve stayed there so many times over the last five years this falls back on hotels.com not the hotel
