Poor Management.

Three beds for 4 people but only 3 towels and 2 bed covers. Called front desk about 5-6 times in a 35 min span and no answer. Called the hotel directly from my cell phone and nothing, went down stairs to the check in point, no one there. Bad night to say the least. Not very pleased with management or stay.

A modern hotel located close to the major roads, which means a straightforward journey to the theme parks, restaurants, supermarkets and beyond. Nice large bedrooms, an enormous shower and superb selection of premium channels on the in room TV. The only gripe is the cost of parking (which is down to the Marriott Group as they charge at all their hotels in the area) but we knew about it before we travelled and the cost of the hotel plus parking still meant we got a great deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay at Aloft Orlando Lake Buena Vista! I had a wonderful experience at Aloft Orlando Lake Buena Vista! The hotel’s modern design and vibrant atmosphere made for a refreshing stay. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully styled, with a super comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The on-site bar and lounge were a great place to unwind, and the pool area was clean and inviting. The location is perfect—close to Disney, shopping, and dining options, making it a great choice for exploring the area. Overall, Aloft exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Was very disappointed when we got to the hotel, room was not cleaned. Transferred to a new room with a non working toilet. Mell at the front desk was great although night staff have no support so she was doing everything down to getting towels for clients.

Estuvo bien, excepto las almohadas ya que son muy pequeñas para la cama e incómodas. Y el mattress, muy incómodo para ser un hotel. La cama debe ser extremadamente relajante, y sentirse como en casa.
