Terrible from beginning to end

This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. Our first room had a chair torn to bits, a splatter of something dark (almost black/brown) across the cabinet and wall. One of the lampshades was crumpled, the tub had dirt in it. It was noisy, smelled terrible and the window was broken and didn't lock. Terrible. We had to leave after the first night and pay for a more expensive hotel because we felt so unsafe.

This hotel needs a serious overhaul. Paint peeling, glass in picture frames smashed in the corridors, carpets filthy, bathroom has mold. Only one of two beds had a comforter which was filthy, coverlets had holes. Only two thin, threadbare towels, one washcloth, one hand towel were provided. The only positive here is that the staff are super nice & very hard working. The smell of weed is incredibly strong everywhere on property! Cannot be avoided anywhere. There's a lot of noise from the highway running alongside the back of the property. Will not stay here again.

I had to pack up my things and leave. When I arrived at the hotel, there was garbage all over the lobby. When I was given my room key, I was told that I was not going to get a king size mattress and then I would get two full mattress mattresses in my room because the king size mattresses weren’t ready yet. I was checking in at 11:30 PM. When I got to my room, my door was open to the public. Fortunately, no one was in there when I entered the room it was completely disgusting to the point where I knew that I was only gonna be staying one night and then leave. And then a crowd of kids were running through the hall and all of the sudden at 11:50 PM. There was a banging on my door and it was a security guard asking me if everything was OK. When I tried to call the front desk, I realize that the phone was completely disconnected from the wall and did not work. It was at that point. I decided I’m gonna leave. It didn’t feel safe. Do not book this hotel.

Bathroom tub wasn't draining for 2 days. Bathroom had black mold and air vent was dirty. Cracks in wall next to tub and looks like white paint touch up all over tub.

They charge me more than my reservation said. I had to pay because after driving for 4 hours and it was midnight it was my only option. Hotel was a nightmare. There was a man screaming all night the first night, it didn’t feel safe.

From 1 to 2:30 AM a men was loud screaming curse words. Probably a drugged up guest. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Loose shower faucet. Cockroaches in furniture, beds and floor.
