Amazing room; neat, well-maintained spacious, colourful, great view, with a rero futuristic vibe and impressive tech enhancements for additional comfort. Checked in at night and as the curtains opened up over the lake and city landscape, it all felt so vast and at the same time welcoming and vibrant. All we needed was a kitchen and then we might have never left the room. But it was always a pleasure to go out and come back. Wish we stayed longer. 10/10 I have already recommended to some friends.

Once a month, me and my husband enjoy visiting different hotels and resorts for date weekend. I can honestly say we were highly impressed with this hotel and we will definitely be returning.. I definitely need to give a shout out to the front desk host Jose. His welcoming customer service was exceptional and very professional and informing and inviting. He definitely deserves a raise! Exceptional customer service like that is what keeps people returning. He had a lot of class.

First and Foremost, I booked a King room and at check in the reception desk attendant upgraded my room to a balcony king and said that it was a no charge comp and then billed my CC for a $100 up charge! That evening we went to dinner to celebrate my friends birthday and I asked the waitress where I could go smoke a cigar after dinner and have a glass of wine. I was rudely told that if I smoke anything that I would be charged $500.00 to my room for environmental fee. The next morning I went to the coffee bar and got a cup of coffee and then sat down to check my email and drank my coffee, then I went back to get a refill to take to my room and I was told that the espresso bar had coffee, so I went to the espresso bar and asked for a refill and they told me it would be $5.32, I said that I just got coffee at the reception desk and it was no charge. I then said I’ll take a cup and gave the attendant a $20.00 bill and he said that he couldn’t make change. So I said that the hotel is that cheap that they need to change guest for coffee. Honestly I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, I contacted hotel management and filed a complaint and they basically said they would look into it, I have not received a response from them especially the room up charges. I was being generous with a 2 star review.

Excellent stay. Service was outstanding, the room spacious and comfortable. Bacán was great for dinner and Garmi Café perfect for breakfast. Peaceful location away from Orlando’s tourist bustle, yet close to the airport.
