It was an okay experience. There could have been better service regarding room service, room service sent us burnt pizzas and didn't apologize for feel like it was big deal for our family. We were celebrating graduates and we didnt feel like anything was special. Very little stafs in the pool area when needing towels or to order food.

We were very pleased with the condition, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel and our room. It’s a beautiful, well kept property with lovely landscaping. There are plenty of dining options and we tried most of them. They were great. Loved the market for snacks. The pool was pretty crowded and not as well kept as the rest of the property. The water was fine but the pool area wasn’t cleaned throughout the day. There were a lot of cups and towels laying all over. This is one area that could be improved. It was still well worth the stay but the pool cleanliness didn’t live up to the rest of the property.

Property wasn't as nice as I expected. I really wish the landscaping was better. Villa was nice though. Comfortable beds. There is a 20% service charge at the restaurants so I think that is terrible, especially for the servers. Although the food was good. Was probably a prime place 20 years ago.

We have stayed at this property several times and it’s very disappointing that every time I stay there we have issues. If it’s not the room being problematic it’s issues with the guests who they allow on there property The room we were put in this past weekend had issues with the tv in the living room not working. Our ice machine was not working. They had to bring us bags of ice late in the evening so that we could have cold drinks. A piece of their furniture was broken and not checked by any of their cleaning stuff before we got there and fell on top of my daughter as she was laying in bed. Luckily she was not hurt. It’s just every time we stay there there’s always an issue and for the amount of money that they charge you to stay we shouldn’t be having as many issues as we do.

Expedia please mention in your hotel description clearly about the property fee and parking charges which is $32+tax/day. Plus there are lot of hidden charges on car rentals and hotel. So when you list them, convey that in your posts. So the customer like can plan with the budget accordingly.

Great weekend for Father’s Day weekend.

My family and I had a great weekend at this hotel. Nice room, clean and on point. Great restaurant. Have kids had so much fun in the pool. Lots of amenities.
