On approach the property looks great, covered entry to off load luggage. It all stops there. Inside the auto doors there is no one at the desk. A notice says reception at the other end of the Hotel! Ordinarily the decor was good but now no very clean the carpet is very dirty. Reception was brisk, not very welcoming. Car park is actually at back of hotel, by the “heated” pool, which it wasn’t. Rooms are very spacious but again dirty and not well maintained. Although website says restaurant and bar. There is no bar and serves only a limited breakfast menu. Security, there are at least 3 external doors open 24/7. All have direct access to a lift. No security to operate lifts. Notice in rook to use both door locks every time you enter your room. Needs serious TLC and management with some basic hotel experience. Has great potential as location is right in middle of all parks and attractions

Front lady was very nice! Rooms were decent as far as size and design but overall very clean! BUT THE POOL AND SPA WAS THE KEY POINT! Will stay again if the affordability remains !
