Receptionist was kind, pool had towels and plenty of space, room was okay, bathroom and entrance were dirty. Mold was present, entrances “requiring key card” just opened on their own and had no locking system. On top of those things its a. Additional 70$ resort fee.

The staff was awful. Didn’t answer their phone at all. The room service never came on our 4 night stay even after I requested it. Terrible. Do not reccomend.

I loved that there were a lot of activity options around the area. The facility was close to all parks as well. Would come back again.

Please look at the pictures clearly. What you see is what you get . The rooms are run down and overall not comfortable at all . I booked before reading the reviews. Please don’t be like me . If you’re going to Disney theres more options than the avanti hotel.

Well travelled couple

We were in the tower it had 2 interconnecting doors and no soundproofing. We had light coming into our room from under the door until the ealy hours of the morning and we could hear the otherside clearly at 4am sexual activity and were lucky we didnt have small children with us

The room was nice but the AC had a ringing to it lol the elevators were a little questionable but overall the hotel was very nice and the staff extremely friendly ! Our favorite hotel ! And right across from our favorite date night place !
