We needed 2 rooms while visiting family for Thanksgiving. We weren't planning on spending much time in the hotel so didn't want to spend too much money for rooms. I was very wary about what we would get for $65/night! Our grands were traveling with us, so Safety was a key concern!! We were PLEASANTLY Surprised at how nice, safe and friendly this hotel actually was!!! We will definitely stay there again!

Pros- the rooms are in VERY rough shape. There was hair in our shower, smelt like mold, had to leave the AC on the entire time per hotels request, having to request your room to be cleaned at least 24hr in advance then depending on the clean could result in a charge. The walls are VERY thin, didnt get much sleep some of the nights due to the loudness outside. Pros- the pool is very large, the pool bar staff was very friendly and prices are reasonably priced for the area. Its located on a very busy road so your able to walk to multiple shops and attractions.

The room was cozy, fresh & clean. House keeping kept the room clean with fresh towels, linen & empty trash. The pool was clean & looked very inviting...I didn't bring a bathing suit or had time over the weekend visit to go swimming, next time.

I am not one to leave a bad review, So I would like to be kind. The front desk was wonderful. The room and the rest of the facility was an understatement. This might have been the worst hotel I have stayed at. I gave the opportunity for the room to be changed by messaging the expedia with NO response, whether that was with the property or the 3rd party I do not know The room was dirty with hair, rust and mold. There was paint particles in my coffee maker, which they must have painted the room before we came. We where in the back, "last extension" which when I booked was suppose to be pool view. There was screaming and animal next door playing with a squeaky all night. I am not sure how I felt I would have been fine maybe alone but I did not feel safe with my children. AGAIN staff was great but do not come here with your kids. If you stay without kids, know if is unkept

Habitación descuidada, baño en muy malas condiciones, el olor de la habitación muy malo y el olor a marigua… en todo el hotel es horrible, una mañana nos despertó a mi y a mi hijo el olor de la mariguan. Llame en varias ocasiones a la recepción para poner la queja pero jamás me contestaron.

You can't easily find a number to call this place, when you do, nobody answers any of the lines... it's phone tree hell. This used to be my go-to stay in Orlando, now, it's a mess. People are smoking weed in the stair wells, blasting music in their rooms, the whole place feels ghetto as hell. On top of that, I'm seeing a bunch of random charges on my card from the property, but again, nobody will answer the phone to explain what's going on. Avoid this place like the plague.

Staff was rude. You can hear EVERYTHING going on outside of your room. We were near the pool and you could hear every gate slam and conversation happening nearby. The deadbolt on the door didn’t lock properly. Several of the outlets weren’t working. Bed wasn’t comfortable and room was not very clean. Overall just a terrible experience.
