Triple charged for the room. When booked on line i was told to put a card on file to reserve room but pay once i arrive. When checking in a used a specific card for the hotel. The following day i noticed they charged the card on file also. Then charged the card i paid with 2 more times even though i had talked with manage and paid in full.

The hotel was conveniently located near Universal Studios and Volcano Bay, and plenty of amenities. The staff was extremely friendly. While the room was clean and spacious, it could've used a little freshening up.

The lobby people were excellent. The first hotel I have stay at that you did not get clean towels every day. We finally had to ask for them on the third day. They came to clean our room on the 5th day. I would make sure that they check the HVAC units ours was full of dust and needed to be cleaned. The pool area was wonderful.

The bar in the lobby and by the pool were great. The rooms needed a serious makeover in my opinion. Half the outlets didn’t work, the spray over paint job on the ceiling was creeping me out so bad. It was just extremely rundown. With that said you get what you pay for and if it was cheaper the next time I go I would stay again. Beds were comfy brought my own blanket and pillow so can’t judge that. Super close to universal which was also a huge bonus. If you’re only staying for a (long)weekend then it will be fine

The room was good, and staff was very nice. The only down side was the air conditioning would go on and off during the whole night, and stayed on in the morning. The hotel was very good located. Very close to the mall and different restaurants.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The resort fee is extremely expensive and not justified, especially since I only used the pool once during my stay. Additionally, my interaction with one of the front desk staff members was very unpleasant. When I went to ask for ice, she spoke to me in a rude and inappropriate manner, which made me feel unwelcome. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and this was not the case.

Very disappointed with our stay from 2/12/26 - 2/17/26. The hotel is extremely outdated and in serious need of renovation. Everything feels worn down and old. We didn't have hot water for two days and the only thing they offered us was free breakfast at a restaurant that was closed for a corporate group during our entire stay. The noise level was unbearable — you can hear everything through the walls, from conversations to doors closing and people walking around. It made it nearly impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the front desk staff came across as uninterested and unfriendly, almost as if they hated being there. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately it was lacking Would not stay here again and would not recommend. If I had the option to get a refund, I would have canceled and gone to a different hotel on our first night.
