Decent property. Attendant and concierge were very helpful when it came to Universal park info and transportation. We did arrive to a running toilet. Had to call front desk. Said they wpild send someone. No one ever came. Called again but told no one available to fix. Was to late and we were settled in to.move to another room. Had to jimmy rig toilet so it would stop running. Repair was made while we were out the next day.

I’ve been double charged. The hotel was not what the pictures showed at all. Had to be moved because one room smelled so bad like urine. Highly disappointed

It’s a convenient location and the pool area it’s great, however, for $170 a night I think it’s overpriced. The rooms are extremely worn out, the baseboards, walls, caulking was applied as if a kid did it. Rusty metal in the bathroom, under the beds is dirt, you can tell the beds have never been moved to clean under. Sheets and comforter was cleaned but the place needs major renovation. Would not stay again

It was a good stay. Dont like being hit woth at deposit when checking in. We should be told when making reservations. I did order from the bar but waited for a very long time to be waited on for an order of nachos that were very good. But was being skipped by bar tender even when I was ahead of some.

Hotel more a motel. I had first floor and there were other guess that were in the parking lot talking and carrying at all night. Wall were thin could hear the neighbors baby crying all. The bath tub was dirty. Theres paint splatters all over the bathroom floor. The door to come in had huge gaps at the bottom you see outside.

We were celebrating our bdays It was really nice. We didn’t arrive until very late, and we were looking forward to the pool and the hot tub. However they close it at 11pm . That was the only disappointment. We were in town for the day. We work 80 hrs a week on the regular and it is hard to coordinate time away. But we made the most of the night and the bed was super comfortable.
