You can do better. Look elsewhere.

Property is under transition. It was hard to find because the exterior sign is still the old property. All interior signange is still the old property logo. Room felt humid. Air conditioning did not cool the room very well. Shower had almost no water pressure, I had to stand over the drain for it to reach me. There was hair from a previous guest on the shower wall. The bed was hard. The sheets were scratchy.

The property seemed to be newly renovated. The staff was kind. Rooms were clean. Only problem was the morning of check out, I was trying to shower before leaving and the shower water shut off. This place was not as advertised. The room walls were so thin the neighboring guests sounded like they were in my room. The temperature controls in the room did not work. There were holes and cracks in the drywall making the room look like a disaster. The bathroom was disgusting. They did not have shampoo or conditioner in the room only a bath bar that smelling like mechanic shop hand soap. I would not recommend anyone stay there.

It was okay but definitely not like the pictures. It was very dated with a new coat of paint. The biggest plus is the convenience and affordability. It is located very close to universal (just 1 5-min bus ride away) and it's not crazy expensive. Families with kids may like the pool area as well.

My group of 4 was looking for a cheap place for one night after a cruise, and just picked it bc it was so cheap but when we got there, it was absolutely stunning and beautiful. We arrived very early due to coming directly from a cruise and the staff made us very comfortable and accommodated us until a room was ready. Highly recommend.

The hotel was okay not to bad but towards the end of the stay I was charged twice and for over $200 and I only stayed one night and when I called to ask for my receipt and why I was charged twice the excuse was that their system was down and they couldn’t tell me.

Good to visit the theme parks.

The room could use a coat of paint and a good scrubbing. We stayed there two nights to visit a theme park. The shuttle was easy and right on time.
