If you're booking this because you think it's conveniently close to Volcano Bay, don't. Its across i4 and it will take you time to get there. They only offer shuttle service in the morning so if you miss it or go later, too bad. We got a room in the tower. Elevators are terrible, dusty and dingy. All night a baby cried next door and the walls are so paper thin that we heard everything. The door connecting our two aided in feeling that they were right in the room with us. After a night of no sleep we woke up at 830 and started our morning. At 930 in the morning when we were in the middle of " adult activities" we start hearing knocking then banging on our door. My husband rushes to put clothes on, at the same time the door comes open. Thank god we had the side lock on otherwise the cleaning lady would've seen my husband naked. He finally spoke to her and let her know that we were not ready to leave yet and check out is at 11am!!!! Why is she banging on the door like the police and then why did she open it after we said hold on we'll be right there? I would not recommend this properly. If you like something cheap and don't really care then you stay here but I will never be back. When I checked out and told the woman at the front she said you should have said something... when at 11pm at night you think I want to pack up my things and switch rooms?

Well, what I did not like was the fact that they put us on a back tower and the cleaning lady did not show up the entire stay plus on the 8th floor the ice machine does not work you would have to go one up or one down. The shower curtain was leaking water outside. There is no music in the inside bar at nighttime, it was to plain needs more excitement at nighttime.
