My stay at this hotel was very disappointing our room was changed several times due to the quality of the rooms. I felt very unsafe what was supposed to be a romantic getaway turned to survival mode. This hotel is a party hotel, not for people looking to get away and be intimate and calm. I will not come here again. The elevators need to be fixed as well it was shaking and rumbling and I feared for my safety.

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel, bathroom looked dirty and had sheer curtains broken, I bilked the hotel because it advertised EV chargers stations n it didn’t have any, extremely upset with this situation

Great shuttle option to both Disney and universal, the staff was friendly the pool was super nice and the convenience of the area for anything was great!!

Room is spacious and nice. Front desk reception was not friendly. We travelled overseas and it was rainy and upon arriving for check in, front desk woman just stared at us (no greeting). I even had to say “hi, how are you?” I had some other questions regarding our booking but she wasn’t even smiling. There was no clear instructions regarding theme park shuttles and facilities but was just given a paper. Manager was informed who this staff was and apologised. 2nd issue was when fire alarm was activated at 2am. People had to leave their rooms. I couldn’t see the presence of hotel staff sorting the issue. No apology was given. Housekeepers were good. It was just bizarre why they can change sheets after the 3rd day. However, they still made the room beautiful.

Adoramos a estadia no Whydham! Foi tudo maravilhoso! Quartos amplos, agradáveis, confortáveis, espaço do hotel maravilhoso. Nossa única recomendação é quanto a limpeza. Infelizmente levaram três dias para limpar nosso quarto.

Rooms had no tables or chairs inside it was noisy, stairwells dirty no elevators! Staff rude and put me in the wrong room and then proceeded to tell me they were under construction!! But after a long hold time said rooms were showing available on line really??? Pillows were pieces of foam thrown in a pillow case!! Water dripping everywhere cement walk ways had water all over them! The doors you could see right thru them and you could smell pot and cigarettes even though it said no smoking!! Their tower rooms were scary!! Never again and would not recommend!! And the ck in guy said they aren’t part of Wyndham??? Then why does it say that on he sign?? False advertising!!

Deceiving pictures online of what hotel looks like

Don’t be deceived by the pictures. The lobby is quite nice but once you exit the lobby and head to to were where the actual rooms/tower is…..IT IS AWFUL! The room was not clean…full of mold, lack of everything. The elevator also worked when it wanted to. There was one night that we needed to use the staircase (not a big deal) but when your hauling strollers and all sorts of popcorn buckets, cups, bags with purchases, park items it is not fun trying to get to your room on the 4th floor or in that case anything on the higher floors.
