The pool is the best thing this place has. It’s beautiful. Staff at the bar / game area super nice and friendly. The rooms need update and paint. Bathroom was clean just old and things are breaking apart.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien hubicado. Es muy tranquilo y las personas muy amables. Algo que me encanto fue la piscina. La disfrute poco ya que mi viaje a orlando estaba enfocado en visitar los parques pero cada dia destinamos un tiempito para disfrutarla.

Not a pleasant stay

I would never stay in this establishment again. I arrived at 11:00 p.m. the staff was very friendly. Walking to our room in the hall the carpets were filthy. When we got into the room the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. Then we went into the bathroom and there was pubic hairs in the sink and tub. It was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned. I called down to the office and they were very pleasant and accommodating. They changed our room. The room was odor free and the bathroom was clean. Then through out the night the air kicked on and off every three to four minutes. This made for a very warm night. I want to sleep comfortably and cool at night which did not happen. The hotel rooms need to be remodeled. The tub is stained, so it looks very dirty. The pool area and lobby is nice. The staff were all very friendly.

Stayed here on multiple occasions now and it’s always a pleasant and peaceful stay, rooms are spacey and the resort pool and bar are great. Kids loved the arcade too it’s all a lot of fun!

The bed was okay but the food needs to be better for the price, building 2 and 3 can use some painting building 1,4 and 5 looks better, the pool area and the pool can use some better maintenance.
