The only thing we didnt like was the gaming room, because the pool had a missing ball and registration counter said they cannot help. It was a little durty as well. Other than that… amazing hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property itself was nice but the rooms…..nope. You can see under the connecting room doors, the walls are paper thin, it needs major updating. For as beautiful as the pictures are and as beautiful as the lobby is you would think they’d put more effort into the rooms. We left early because we just couldn’t deal with it. We had a deluxe room…I wouldn’t stay here again unless some updating was done to the rooms. Mostly the loudness and the door issue

Parking. We stayed in Building 3 and a 18 wheeler cab would block the majority of the parking spaces by the rooms in building 3 on the far end at the back. Parking should be monitored so this doesn’t happen.
