Room eleven on the seventh floor of Bdg one IS SO OLD furniture braking apart, stained, scratched. Chairs stained, stained white sheets in guest beds, loud bathroom fans, carpet is dirty, peeling shower floor, no privacy in living area has no curtains! LOUD at 5:30-6:30AM from dump truck picking up and slamming down bins behind our unit from the outlet stores. UNSAFE back parking and LONG walks to the front with groceries & luggage!! Stove light is constantly blinking red as if it's on. My elderly parents guests left to stay at another hotel that's clean, not falling apart and short walk from handycap parking. Terrible experience, NOT ever returning. Too much money for a 2-star...the most.

The property is very dated. Building 3 the floor we stayed on had a mildew / mold smell in the hallway. I think on my last day there is started to feel my chest become a heavy and began to have cough. The mattress in the king bed was in need to be replaced, it was like sleeping in a hole. The pub across the street very convenient, food was average but service was quick and excellent. The convenient store across the street was helpful, we needed a few items and it was nice to grab those and get back to the room. The hotel is very budget friendly, you basically get what you pay for.

We have stayed here for the past 15 years twice a year. The resort lacks management. The staff use your parking that are for guest. The front desk ,good luck them answering. If you need anything at all you will have to walk down. Only to be told there is no manager nor a General manager to help you with your questions.. They now hire a dj at the pool.a manager would reinvest in the property rather than hire a dj to play what he wants to listen too. The guest bring large 3 foot speakers to thr family pool and play other music there for turning guest away from relaxing by the pool they want to relax by There is no security/swipe card to enter the building or pool area. Which allwos locals to invite their freinds from Friday -Su day over taking the pool area away from guest Hire a solid management company to. -re invest into the property. -update carpet/rooms/sheets -hire compitent staff -have available communication to the front desk to ensure quality for your guests We stay for 17 days in the spring. And 17 days in the fall for years I can not see the value to return

We Loved this stay, the amaenities are the best, including a free shuttle to the parks. The pool was great, with a great bar, playground, and the Pirate scavenger hunt was the best. Our room was amazing and clean!! The food next door at the pib was great and very well priced!!

Property was well maintained but area past building 5 was not good. A lot of garbage near end of road. Keys cards did not work more than they worked. Had to go to front desk and either get new cards or ones we had reprogrammed 3 times. When we could get into our room it was very nice and comfortable.

I'm not one to complain but Unfortunately I really feel this time I have to say, this place was terrible, my room was dirty, the tub was disgusting, the furniture was extremely worn and stained, the king mattress was 100 worn with low spots and no support. 2 out of 3 hot tubs in pool area didn't work and the one that did work was also disgusting. The pool bar was extremely expensive, I know prices are pretty high in Orlando but $38 dollars for two cocktails by the pool is a bit steep for this place, they weren't even good! It took me 40 minutes to find parking one night after coming back from Disney, I ended up parking at a local mall and walking about 15 minutes to my room, the only thing the front desk said was I should have come back earlier and it's not their fault they don't have enough parking. I would stay at this place for free if it was offered. Sad, but except for the resort my family had an awesome trip.

Door key was not working. Hard time to get in . Staff don’t help, no maintainence. Finally we have to keep the balcony door open whenever we go out and it’s not safe . We carried the belongings when out . Our ray ban shades of 200 dollars someone took .

Between the unclean tub, the warped and loose ceiling fans, the clogged pipes, the toilet that didn't work, the stained carpet, the severely outdated and worn furniture, I'm really curious how this property was rated anywhere near high. At least the pool was nice right???
