The workers are very rude,they didn’t want to help us when we asked them to do something very easy. They told us that we need to wash our towel. No room service at all. The key for the room sometimes works sometimes doesn’t work.

Firstly, we were sent to another building (conference center building) than the one we booked. We spent approximately one hour back and forth to get our key card to work. No handicap parking available. There is a Pizza hut under the building. Bed was comfortable but floor is not so clean. Dishes still have left over food on them. Room fans are very dirty with dust (afraid to turn it on because of my daughter asthma). Room is very nice and spacious.

Property was beautiful and family friendly only con was our room wasn't ready upon arrival took almost 2 hours after check in time to get access to our room.

I liked how nice the condo was, only thing I would have changed was our view. We didn’t have the best view unless you like looking at the parking lot. 😂 last time we had the most beautiful view of the pool. It was a quick trip so it was okay this time around.

BEWARE THIS IS A TIME SHARE TRAP. We booked and paid for a 3 bedroon 2 bath suite on Expedia. After checking in we were told that we had to go see the man at the desk across from the check in counter. He stated that we had to attend a 90 minute presentation during our stay. I told him that I wasn't interested in attending the presentation, and he told me that I did not have a choice that I had to attend since I was staying at there property. We had traveled all day and I was tired and just wanted to rest. I was afraid I would not be able to find another place to stay on such short notice, so I agreed to go. He then informed me that he needed my credit card. I asked him why he needed my credit card, and he told me a hold a hold would be place on it and that the hold would be released once I attended the presentation😡. We did go to the presentation and I did NOT buy anything. They did give us a $125 on a prepaid credit card, which I still havent used, so Im not sure if it will even work. Regardless, my time while I'm on vacation is more valuable to me than a $125. Our suit left a lot to be desired. The springs in the couch would stick you everytime you sat down. The pillows were old and flat. Our backs hurt every morning after sleeping on the old mattresses, and the sheets on the beds did not fit properly so they were constantly popping off the mattresses. The TV in the master bathroom had to be reprogramed everytime it was turned on. I will never go back.

Renovation needed

beds are dirty and broken ,couch is very dirty and old ,beddings are not comfortable may be very old now need renovation big time i stay they before also on that time is good but this time not like the property .

Uncomfortable Stay

My family and I stayed at the resort for 6 days. On the second day the air conditioning went out in the entire building. Temperatures in our room reached 85 plus degrees over the last four days. We were not offered any fans or compensation for the inconvenience. We asked to move to another building but that was not an option. We went to the store and purchased fan on our own to try to cool the room down. The communication from the management was constantly "it should be working by the end of the day." On the fifth day we were told it was working, but our room only cooled down to 83 degrees. Hotel is good, but this experience was horrible.
