Didn’t notice the the smell right away because the AC was on high …. As soon as I put the heat on because I was cold you could smell the unpleasant urine/feet smell I guess from the rug or sofas …. Sofa and accent chairs were dirty … had dinner outside in the balcony and table and chairs were dirty had to clean them … plastic white table and chairs were old too . Beds were very uncomfortable! The front desk lady was super nice, however we were set up by her because after check in she told us to go to another desk to claim our “welcome package” which was someone who started out giving us small talk , a bunch of papers and boom .., the time share talk …very annoying . They called the next day before 9am very annoying .,. They called day of check out very early as well . Do not fall for the firework view . The fireworks are miles away and if you blink you will miss them. It’s pointless to make this a perk.

First time staying at this property & will definately stay again if returning to the address. Friendly, helpful staff, close access to shopping, theme parks, & grocery store. Great on property options too. I would recommend this resort to family, friends, & even strangers!

We stayed here for a week while doing Disney and Universal and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is great, we could get to the parks in ten minutes from the resort, the units are clean, quiet, and very large. My family loved the pool! Located right next to LBV factory outlets let us do some shopping without having to get in the car.

We had a great experience at the resort. Parking was a breeze. Staff was very helpful with information about the parks. We saw fireworks every night from our balcony. Shopping within walking distance. The hotel was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great stay for the price. However, only one burner on the stove worked and we bought food to cook throughout our stay since we would have days between theme parks. Also missi. G a spatula and didn't realize any of these thing until I started cooking. Pool area was nice. Close to outlet shopping. Free shuttle to theme parks with limited hours to go however. Room was spacious and accommodated our family well. We had the 3 bedroom with 3 bathrooms.
