The walls were very thin. A party in the courtyard near the pool area went until 2am on a Wednesday night and included fireworks? Sounded like they were in the room with us. The air conditioner turned on and blew like a blast engine every 15 minutes, so everyone sort of had a sore throat for the next couple of days from the blasting ice cold, followed by dead still air. We were also placed across from the hotel services laundry area so doors were slamming open and closed day and night. There was a lot of construction going on on site as well. All in all with the noise, bad AC, and kind of grimy carpets it wasn't worth the quite high price. The place did feel secure though and we felt no concern walking anywhere on the property. Though most of the on site amenities/restaurants were open at odd hours if they were open at all. I am a double tree rewards member and probably wouldn't stay here again.

The Hilton was a convient location for Universal parks. The parking was expensive, but I knew that, but late at night it was hard to find a spot. Stayed 7 nights, twice our room was cleaned without prompt by us, twice was not cleaned at all. Hotel overall was pretty clean. Would stay again, but difinately would check out others in the area too.

We visited the Universal parks. We loved the convenience of the shuttle & the walk ability to the parks! Having restaurant options at the hotel was also a huge benefit!

It was good location was good but the restaurants Inn Hotel aren’t up to snuff if you want to go out to eat go outside the hotel have a better selection
