Truly an amazing price and location was 10/10. We went to universal for the day and the hotel provided a shuttle and we were able to walk a quick 20 mins back to the hotel. The staff was amazing and so nice overall a great experience

For the price this hotel was very sub-par. The toilets barely flushed, the showers were a trickle and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. There was a also a mildew like smell in our room.

Excellent location for Universal theme parks along with views from higher floors specially Well maintained and clean Hilton property. Mixed feedback on staff, certainly a population of the staff are courteous, helpful. But during check in.. “is this your first Hilton stay” was not something felt welcoming as a response to the question why do I need to provide the credit card again when i did everything using app including the credit card details and selecting the room. First impression could have been better after. And ofcourse a sales speech during check out was not appreciated while hurrying for catching the flight.
