Our TV was not working. We called several times. Finally someone came to look at it. Said he would have to get a new one. We waited until the next day after 4 pm and then it was finally fixed. Normally I would not have an issues but with 3 kids it was not fun. Pool was also dirty inside.

I didn’t like the fact that we paid over $2k to stay and we had to pay for parking $26 a day when the hotel had enough parking. We asked the desk what is the reason and the answer was “ because the hotel charges for parking “ i mean please train your stuff to have a better explanation when someone ask a question.

The breakfast line was quite long, which caused delays. It might help to have two separate lines or additional serving stations to speed things up. Also, the parking fee felt a bit high considering a reduced rate. Other than parking and breakfast the hotel was in a perfect location and staff was reallly nice

We have stayed at this property three years since 2019 and this year this time around the property was not well-maintained. The rooms were dirty not your normal wear and tear just seemed like it had been poorly taken care of from the rooms to even the breakfast was not properly cooked I do not recommend at one point. Yes that’s why we stayed there twice before and the third time was not great.

Expected better! Our “Non-Smoking” room smelled like cigarettes. Understandably not the hotel’s fault that people smoke, but a problem nonetheless for me the paying guest. We were then moved to another room which was fine but now had a non-working refrigerator. Then there’s the self-parking fee. A complete joke because there’s actually no parking spots available so you literally have to sit and wait around until someone leaves to get a spot which you supposedly “paid” for. Not our best stay!

Nice area, and facilities, but our wasn’t prepared , bed had lots of hair, same with towels, , breakfast was ok, except huge line , that I had to stand for 30 min, not sure if i would come back

Our stay at Spring Hill Hotel was underwhelming. Upon arrival, the fridge wasn’t cold and didn’t start working until four hours later after someone came to fix it. The TV was mounted in an awkward position, making it uncomfortable to watch from the bed. The room also lacked storage space for clothes, which made unpacking and organizing difficult. The game room was a letdown—it wasn’t working properly and kept stealing points from our card. Breakfast was another frustrating experience; if you weren’t done getting your food by the exact cutoff time, they closed the door on you. On a positive note, the room was clean, and the shuttle service was convenient. Still, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations.
