The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only inconvenience I experienced was with the shower—it was extremely hot, and there was no access to cold water to adjust the temperature.

My room at a smell of the sewer, went to desk and the clerk was just staring at me and didn’t say anything. After I was walking off she asked cousin she seen someone up which she did but whatever he poured down toilet and sink made it worse. I went back down to let clerk know and again nothing just a stare, so I checked out at that moment, I got a bill the next day which said I checked out the next day at 9:19 am called to speak to manager and was told because I booked through a third party their was nothing they could do, all I asked was why wasn’t I checked out the same day. Very weird experience and my family and I stay here all the time.

Unfortunately, the beds were too soft and hurt everyone’s back. The layout of the rooms was odd with the bathroom in front of the beds.

everything was excellent the areas , services , rooms acomodation, the pool. but the breakfast needs to upgrade no fruits we need fruits that you can get a bowl of fruit other than that everything was great, oh also the lady who is trying to sell the disney tickets telling you that they going to give you a family discount ( lies ) was very rude . dont buy your tickets for disney there . they want to sell you a timeshares and stuff, just gets your tickets online.

Nice hotel, enjoyed breakfast, and facilities. Shuttle to parks was appreciated. Dally parking cost a bit excessive.
