The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. The room was quiet and well-kept. The only thing I’d improve is faster response time from staff, but overall it was a good stay

Terrible experience. We were assigned a room that was already occupied—thankfully the door didn’t open because guests were inside. On top of that, we had to pay $80 just for parking. The elevator floor and lobby hallway were dirty, and the check-in process was extremely slow. There was a long line and only one employee at the front desk assisting everyone. Overall, we were very disappointed and will not be returning. Truly unacceptable.

The faucet in the shower room is broken. He didn't help us solve it by the time we left. Then he said to give us free parking. I won't admit it if I change a front desk attendant. The service handover is completely inadequate. Check in for the second time. This experience is very bad. There are fewer choices for breakfast.
