Great Hotel, some great services, & some not great

The hotel was very nice. Lots of restaurants and 2 pools. One was on the 4th floor of Tower 1, it was a very nice pool, but no bar or food, so was not crowded. Main pool at ground floor Tower 2 had food and a bar, and a kids slide, hot tub, waterfall, so much more crowded. $50 if you want an umbrella though (which was the only shade). Ordering a drink was 20 min or longer. No A/C in the hallways, when going to your room, so felt stuffy. Cleaning service was excellent. Ordering extra towels etc, took 30 min, and had to get through a really basic AI customer service level, before you could talk to a person, that got annoying. No concierge at all, the front desk tries to help, but not very experienced at it. Rooms were very nice. Rate was very good. I'd say it was a 4 star hotel, with 3 star customer service , with exception of maid service which was 4 star.

The room was not properly cleaned; Hairs on toilet bowl and bathroom sink, toilet bowl not properly cleaned. Multiple stains on the sheets of one bed. Not a good experience. Hotel manager promised to refund the entire cost of our stay and stated that I should have Expedia contact the hotel to reverse the credit card charges.
