The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. The pool was great! The food at The Market was great (fast, high-quality & delicious). The ability to take a shuttle to City Walk and Epic Universe made our trip so much easier.

The staff was extraordinary at this hotel. The public spaces at the hotel were great. The paint our bathroom door was a bit chipped and needed a fresh coat. Carpet could be updated in the room. Aside from that, everything was great, we will come back!
