We LOVED this hotel! Excellent location and spacious rooms! Safe area and great view of the lake. Front desk staff, especially Mildred, were super nice and professional. We will definitely be back!

Hotels deposit fee was more than staying at an actual park resort. Beds are uncomfortable, pillows are terrible. No housekeeping if staying less than 4 days

I came in a business trip with a group from work and we really like the location, lobby, pool and rooms were nice but the bathrooms on the rooms were not as clean as expected, there were hairs in the bathtub and floor. The staff on the lobby were not very friendly especially at the check out. The breakfast was included but not very good we ended up going for breakfast in restaurants everyday.
