This property was very nice and clean. The only big problem was the toilet was clogged. This happened just checked in. Called down stair they sent maintenance to fix it. I would've preferred to change my room instead. Also the bathroom floor tile was detached and moving.

After a long travel day, had to wait 50 minutes in Florida heat, and vehicle fumes, for the airport shuttle. Staff seemed pretty disorganized and disinterested in the inconvenience. Check-in was also very slow once i got to the facility (waited in line more than 12 minutes). The facility is nice and clean. No airplane noise.

I chose this hotel because it offered room service, but they have a restaurant on the premises did not offer in room service for breakfast. I think that should be posted.. I happen to enjoy a nice breakfast with my hotel stay. Additionally, the staff placed me in a gym room without letting me know that and there were no privacy curtains. I had to unpack and then repack everything to get changed to a different room. At least they accommodated the change. She had said that that’s because there were no other king rooms available. When I went to a different customer, servant agent I was placed in a king room with no issue a regular king..

Hi, I had a terrible experience and my room was very dirty. However, it was a last-minute booking. The front desk was trying to accommodate me however they couldn’t comp the room because I booked from a third party.
