Room178 wasn't cleaned until I asked and we got now new towels or shampoo and the room since we got there had a horrible odor like wet rage and humidity. I asked kindly asked if they can clean the rug or make sure the window was closed properly. Front desk was so unprofessional and disrespectful both lady's that were there the days I stayed were with an attitude pretty much telling me that nothing can be done oh on top of that we had no hot water I'm guessing it was the manager who spoke with me and her exact words were we can't do anything about it because it's freshly renovated

The room was clean. It was missing the refrigerator which was a hassle. We walked down for breakfast, which looked good, but was told it was a charge that was not included. I "expected it" so I did not even look information. The pool was very nice and clean. Overall we would stay again.

This is a good stay if you need a cheap place to sleep while you’re visiting the area. It’s about 15-20 minutes from Universal and other big attractions, 5 minutes away from the Florida mall and there’s a bunch of stores and fast food places within walking distance. That being said, if I can afford it next time I would probably choose to stay somewhere else. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself could use some work. We stayed 3 nights and the hot water only worked for 1 night, when we asked the front desk they said someone was coming to work on the water and it hasn’t been working properly. They should have definitely let us know when we were checking in, that was very annoying. Also the shower curtain rod was rusted and gross. They also gave us literally the LAST room in the hotel at the very back of the building, despite seeing that I had a mobility aid. I don’t know if that was just the last available room they had or what but that was extremely annoying as well as someone who has difficulty walking long distances and uses a cane/walker. Overall, a decent and safe stay and a good price. But could definitely use some upgrades in certain areas.

Ac wasn’t working, first day maintenance guy came and fix it on day 2 which was nice. Tv remote wasn’t working, maintenance guy change the remote but that stop working shortly after. No iron or microwave in the room. Because of this experience I won’t stay there again

The room was basic and clean. Very good value for the price. Would have liked a microwave or coffee pot to make my nightly tea but there was one available in the lobby. Didn't get to use the pool because of the limited hours (9 to 9). The shower was very high end and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
