Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating! Very quiet, clean rooms. The air was not cool enough in first room and staff quickly tended to my need and immediately switched my room. I’m very happy with my stay and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was in my room on the 5th floor! Hot tub was a plus. Breakfast was great as well:)

The night staff is absolutely horrible! Jeff is very rude and disrespectful. We had an a/c that didn't work properly. Also our room was not what we booked, we were given a handicapped shower, instead of a tub, which was needed. He was very nasty when asked for a pillow for my child. He gave a couch pillow, then made the comment that oh you were the one to take our last pillow and now you need a blanket, you can't look in the drawer for one?! I asked for his name, he hung up on me. My husband went down to get the blanket and he asked for his name. He told him if he wanted his name to get it from his manager in the morning (very rudely). We were not told when breakfast was, had to call Wyndham reservations to get the time. This was the worst stay EVER!
