The room was terribly moldy and musty. I asked for foam pillow instead and I got them without pillow cases. The staff seems that they are onl tolerating guests and not friendly at all. I will never go back nor recommend the place

During our stay the property was repaving the parking lot and did not have enough parking for all guests. Multiple nights my family left the Disney parks early to make sure we could find parking. Also, the a/c in the units do not cool. We were in one room and the a/c would not cool the room at all so they moved us and the new room a/c worked a little better but not much. Also, we were put in an adjoining room and was not informed about that so the people next to us were super loud and when they cooked food in their room the smell stunk up our room. When we tried to explain issues the staff which was the supervisor would argue with us and when we asked for a supervisor above them they became a different person.
