Great place, stayed with my wife and 2 kids. Had a nice outdoor pool. Free wifi. Laundry facility on 2nd and 5th floor which made leaving with clean clothes a breeze! Only real issue was the very loud a/c unit in our room. It came on like a freight train only to turn off completly when the desired.temp was reached, kind of strange. Other than that a good hotel to stay with your family.

The Hyatt House is very nice and clean,the people that work there are wonderful specialy the feneral manager and Gissele who checked us in.Breakfast was nice ,bar area and bartender excellent.Rooms are wonderful.But the area around this nice hotel is not so nice,its old and streets are dirty.If you take a 10minute drive in heavy traffic you find the better restaurants and more to do.Hyatt House has also very good food.

Our stay was great! Everything was clean and towels were replaced daily. My only complaint would be running out of toilet paper in our room. Having an extra roll or 2 would have been good. We took the shuttle to Universal only the first day. The times aren't the most convenient in the evening. Breakfast was a good selection. Unfortunately, it was quite busy. Items ran out quickly.
