The lobby was breath taking, large and clean. I loved that the walk-way connects to the Orange County Center. I wish the non-client facing staff will acknowledge clients with a smile or a greeting. I had an amazing time.

It has a walking bridge right into the Conference Center, Orlando conference center. You’ll get your walking in. That’s for sure. It’s huge.

The hot water took forever to go on. I had to take a cold shower the first day. I complained and someone was supposed to fix it, but never did. I just had to run the faucet for 5-6 minutes then switch to shower. The place just had a very 70s-80s vibe.

Disappointing. The rooms were small and there was construction on our floor. The restaurants in the hotel were terrible both in terms of choices and when they were open (who has a restaurant only open 3 hours a day?) Overall while the location was convenient to the convention center, the convenience didn't make up for the so-so nature of the property. Not worth the cost.
