No complaints the staff was friendly, I requested a room on the 1sr floor and i received that and also was able to park right in front of my room. It was quiet and I had a wonderful stay. I have reservations again for Three (3) rooms on May 16-18 and I pray I receive the same area for our rooms.

The staff who assisted us at the hotel reception were very kind and accommodated us in the best available room at the time, located on the first floor. The security personnel were very attentive, and when we needed to speak with the IT department to use our laptop, they provided quick and efficient assistance. We were very impressed with the service provided by the staff and would be happy to book at this hotel again. We also want to highlight that the pools were impeccably clean, which was a great plus during our stay.

When I got there the room smelled of urine, had bugs over the beds and the door was extremely hard to open. I called right away and was told the place would be booked and had to wait until the next afternoon once rooms were cleaned to get a new room. Well we were apart of a major conference so we would not be able to switch rooms at their convenience. We decided to tolerate it because we were leaving at 1am the next day. Well when we got back to the room, there was a stinch of some sort of electrical burning. Our smoke detector went off twice. I called downstairs at 10:30pm and was told security was coming. Called back at 11pm and was told security was coming. And called back a 3rd and the front desk said the same. We ended up leaving the hotel because we were disgusted with the service and treatment of the hotel. It's definitely not worth going back to. The customer service was horrible.
