A receptionist at the front desk was so kind. He generously offered me free upgrade. A view from my room was amazing with twin tower just in front of , nothing in the way!!! The room was clean. Raffy from housekeeping did an excellent job. The view of the towers and buggy ride make this a great place to holiday. This place is close to the mall. Excellent location.

Great hotel in great location. Room was clean, of a good size and had everything we needed. Breakfast selection was good and the restaurants were good value for money, particularly the Sky Bar happy hour. Location was spot on, right on the KLCC park and two minutes walk to twin towers.

Hotel was good - room was large and comfortable and the hotels location was great. The view from the pool area was fantastic - but also to be honest, a little odd. You can use the pool until 7pm when it turns into a bar but what we didn’t realise is the bar is open all day and to non hotel guests. I thought it would have more of a health club vibe in the day with areas to relax - but the bar cushions etc where still on chairs which made it difficult to find anywhere to sit when you’re wet but also non hotel guests are there to use the bar, eats lunch and take selfies of themselves with the view which made me feel very self conscious and it wasn’t a relaxing vibe with the music etc - that was a shame
