Great room and location. We attended a concert at the Dr. Phillips Center and were able to walk to the concert and not have to drive and look for parking.

The bathroom was not cleaned, and we found a used bandage on the sofa. After informing the front desk, we were moved to a larger room as an apology for the inconvenience. However, the second room’s bathroom was also uncleaned. Within five minutes of being in the room, a staff member knocked once and then used his key to enter without permission, which made me feel extremely unsafe. The front desk claimed it was to ensure we were satisfied with the room, something that could have been done over the phone.

Everything was good but we were very upset with an event we went to Orlando for due to the co start deluge, it ruined our night so we left early morning. Hotel was good and our pet was a smash hit though. Housekeeping forgot to fill up shampoo bottle for the bathroom.

Very big corner room. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Hot water takes a while to heat up but it's still ok. The towel shelf and closet hangers are too high for short people. Closet is too small and only has 4 hangers. Not enough hooks for hanging the towels.
