We stayed at the aloft hotel for 2 nights starting Christmas Eve. From the moment of entering the property, we experienced 5-star service with a smile. Every single interaction with every employee, from the front desk, to the bartender, to the manager, made us feel special and valued. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfy, and quiet. The location was perfect for us in downtown Orlando, and we never needed to drive after parking. The crème de la crème was being able to interact with the rescue puppy by the front desk. What an amazing location, where the hotel cares about humans and pets alike. Will absolutely be a return guest!

The front desk lady I think her name was Natasha, she was AMAZING! Room was wonderful! I will say the bartender was atrocious, she seemed like she was under the influence of something it was odd. All around wonderful other than that though!
