Great place to stay! Staff are AMAZING! Very helpful, polite and professional and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! Rooms are clean and comfortable and well maintained. Room was disgusted, the duvet was stained with blood from precious stays, Which means that they don't clean or change the bed linen. First night we had to change the room at 2 am because of the sound coming from air conditioner and the second room was worse which we left because for three days changing rooms every day doesn't make sense to me. The doors are all destroyed. and very bad smell. The truth is that the stay was terrible, I had never had such a bad experience in a hotel in Orlando.

Room was ok, but I had to speak to staff on two seperate occasions to swap my key cards as they randomly stopped working for my room. Annoying. Also the body wash tub was empty. This is a decent & safe spot with parking included. Nothing more nothing less.
