Everything about our stay at TownePlace Suites was great. Not only was the hotel very reasonable in price but it was impeccable, the staff was very friendly and the suite had a full kitchen. Also, the complimentary breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend TownePlace Suites.

Some of them very courteous. Toilet was not functional. Nobody answers the phone extensions for help for a good 2 hours. Parking fees per day excessive. Guest needs to be informed during reservations not when you arrive.

Nothing wrong with the room itself. It was all the hidden fees I wasn’t expecting. Why charge a “valet” fee when you’re parking your own car and on top of that make it mandatory. There’s plenty of parking there if it wasn’t for the parking and the hidden fees I would have rated it a 5star. Never staying here again because of that

The phone to the front desk was not connected. With the every other day room cleaning policy we ran out of towels and washcloths and toilet paper. Towels can be used twice, but a fresh washcloth each day is preferred. I think k cup coffee pots would be a better choice. Overall not bad- just my observations. I was surprised to have to pay for parking. Did not expect that.

Wanted to stay at the SpringHill Suites and online it said it was pet friendly so once arriving I was forced to stay at the TownPlace and it’s not as nice. Room wasn’t the cleanest, rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Garbage found under the table. Pull out sofa mattress was terrible even for a child’s weight, could feel the springs and had to request 3 extra blankets to give it padding. They also charge $150 for a pet “cleaning” fee when they didn’t even clean the rug throughly before we arrived and they also don’t tell you what the pet fee is until your checking in. Overall not impressed and if we didn’t have our dog with us I wouldn’t have stayed there.

I didn't like the breakfast options. Not having bacon is crazy. Bacon is a breakfast staple. Also pulled pork sandwiches was served one day and I found that very odd. That is something I definitely would not eat for breakfast. Also, I would have liked more fruit varieties. There was only one type of fruit brought out at a time. I had to personally request a fruit since it wasn't avaliable. Staff was great! Very nice and helpful. Room/hotel/surrounding area was great. One suggestion- Maybe get multiple yoga mats. I did yoga everyday and there was only one mat. One day I had to come back because the mat was being used but didn't have to wait that long.

PARKING IS $27 daily. PARKING IS $27 daily. Everything else aside parking was good! Front desk, good. Breakfast, good. Maintenance, good!
