The room was good, clean and nice. But the hotel had nothing going on. There was no restaurant and a tiny “bar” in the lobby. It was too cold out to use the pool so there was nothing to do but stay in your room. There were no restaurants or anything entertaining in the area

T4440 my room had sugar ants, in the kitchen, in the bathroom sink on toliet and in my bed on my sheets. Was offered room next door T4442, it was unacceptable - smelled like wet old laundry -no. Moved again to 2nd floor t242, mircowave did not work, trouble with TV, sheets and towels are only cleaned every other day and we had to pay 26.75 for parking everyday. I asked for full refund and was offered 75.00 from manager Kaylee. I will write another complaint letter. staff did their very best to assist and accomodate.

The floors were filthy. My one year olds knees and feet werw black after crawling around. The curtains didnt close all the way so the light from the parking lot lit up thw room. It was very loud. The hot water wasnt hot. There were only 2 tiny trash cans for a suit. The breakfast was subpar at best. The parking fee was outrageous

Very VERY CLEAN! Front desk staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms had shampoo and conditioner and body soap ! Rare to find a hotel like that now a days. I am definitely coming back !!!
