Worst hotel I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to some bad ones. The first thing that was off was the smell of the room like mildew or something. Then when I got home from being in my feet all day at 1am just wanting to shower and go to sleep I discover the bathroom has hair all over. Walking from the bathroom to the bed which is like 5 feet (fresh out the shower) I sit on the bed and my feet were black. I had to wipe them off with the towels and it was disgusting. The floors have probably NEVER been mopped. And this isn’t even the worst part yet. On top of having to wear shoes just to go pee. When I dropped my phone on the floor beside the bed I bent down to pick it up and discovered the floor and bedskirt to be covered in MOLD!!! MOLD!!! And for it to have time to grow mold that bad they NEVER CLEAN! The room was disgusting, the woman checking us in that day told us they charge for housekeeping. Me and my bf woke up the next day sick, throwing up and with migraines and developing colds. So not only was it dirty and uncomfortable but now we’re both sick. WORST HOTEL EVER! This place should be burnt to the ground. Health code violations ever. The elevators smelled like piss and barely functioned

It was a convenient location. Close to restaurants, shops, Walmart, lots of parking. Checking in was easy, got to my room. I like that the ac was already on cause the Florida heat is no joke. Maybe about 20 min after being in my room, another family walks in. We were both issues the same room! We both go back to the lobby to fix things. The girl in the front let me keep the room and gave the family a different room. Now I feel unsafe and keep thinking this could happen again and any moment. So falling asleep was rough but my 10hr flight finally got the best it me and I was able to fall asleep. Only to be woken up a hour later at 12:30am from cops banging on the door. Confused and rattled I open the door only for them to trying to get the get to the people next door. That only added to my stress of feeling unsafe. My second night was better, the people next door checked out but the smoke detector was beeping for a few hours before they fixed the issue. The male employee that works with the breakfast was really helpful to help me make my waffles.

The room had a musty smell, and the air conditioner was very loud. I have to say if you could get over that the value was good, breakfast was decent, free parking, and free shuttle to universal. Great value! They just need to do some upkeep on their rooms.

Good location and amenities for the price paid. Rooms were very damp (even with AC on) and fan wasn't working in the bathroom so nothing would dry. Even clothes I had brought with me which were dry felt damp by the end of my stay.

I woke up to the floor soaking wet through out the room. Called the front desk, seems to be a very common issue. Not one apology, not one offer to change rooms, just nothing. Maintenance came up with a dehumidifier already with him, wiped the floor with 2 towels, and then was gone. Blamed the AC.

The room was nice but I asked them to change the sheets and they didn’t. The refrigerator leaked and was not keeping our food closed. The door to the room barely closed tight. We had to keep checking to make sure it was shut when we left. The kitchen/breakfast area was nice, but maybe have more variety for breakfast items. The pool was beautiful!!

If I could give this property no stars, I would! Absolutely disgusting, dirty, nasty, terrible. DO NOT BOOK HERE! You could feel the springs on the mattress, room had a broken dresser, the room was nasty, you can hear people walking by and talking. The bathroom was super small and the toilet barely flushed! I didn’t even want to use the water. We booked for 4 days and we stayed one night and cancelled the remaining days and left to another place. I felt unsafe. As soon as we opened the elevator there was a cockroach the size of a mice, after that it went downhill. The girl at the front desk didn’t seem to care about her job. Horrible experience, I’ll never go back!
