It’s amazingly affordable to be literally 4 min away Universal Studios. Very convenient. Can’t complain for the price I felt like it was a steal

don't trust the pictures

The hotel stay did not live up to the pictures or ratings. We had a group and booked three rooms. Each room had issues with it. In one room, the microwave started sparking and burning when we used it (and we didn’t put anything crazy in there, just a biscuit on a napkin). We tried calling the front desk but the phone wouldn't even work so we had to use another room's phone. The heat did not work, the bathroom smelled like mold and the vent was very dirty. The door on one of the other rooms wouldn't even lock.

Needs an Upgrade

This property was recently renamed hence the banner over the original sign. Facility is tired and desperately needs upgrades. No handi cap rooms per the front desk staff. Free Breakfast was not very appealing. Bathrooms were tiny and cramped. Descent hot water and water pressure.

Nos quedamos una semana. Pros: ubicación perfecta, no se necesita alquilar un carro todo queda cerca se puede usar Uber. Personal amable. Lugar limpio, sin ruido y camas permiten descansar bien. Precio. Tiene parqueo gratis. Contra: la habitación no es bonita, es un poco pequeña, el tele no funcionó, el baño no tenía ni donde poner el jabón y mala iluminación. El lavamanos está fuera del baño y hace una pieza con la sección del microondas por lo q tienes q escoger si poner los cosméticos o la comida en el mueble. Tuvimos q pedir cambio de habitación porq la primera tenía mucha humedad y una luz q parpadeaba, tuvimos suerte q cuando hicimos check in había poca gente entonces nos pudimos mover.

It was just okay! Our first room the TV didn't work, you would sit on the bed and it would leave an imprint from where you just were. the mattress was so bad. But the people who worked there were very nice and let us change rooms. Our second room was a lot better. But this hotel is nothing great.

This hotel is very quiet, which makes a great option to rest after a long day at the parks. The free parking and breakfast are awesome, and there is no resort fee! The only thing that really bother us and makes to rate average was the cleaning part…. It was not cleaned and I found hair in my pillow! :(

Overall, my stay was very enjoyable! Negatives: The USB charging ports were rusted and bent, so I could not use them. The shuttle service to the parks was very limited and came back at inconvenient times (ex. SeaWorld closed at 9pm, but the shuttle came back at 8:15pm). Positives: My sheet was dirty when I first entered the room, but I told the front desk and they were quick to get me new ones. All of the staff were very friendly the whole time. My room was quiet and the a/c and heater worked great. The bed was comfortable and the curtains worked great at keeping out the light.
