The Pool was great. But service I Had to call in advance if I was going to need room service, but no one ever answered, so we never had room service. The room was with so much humidity, the beds where also very uncomfortable.

This property was nice on the outside but had mold on the inside. I had to ask for my room to be changed because there was a lot of mold in the bathroom and on the lamp. Got a different room and it still had mold in it but wasn’t that bad!

VERY, VERY DIRTY hotel, the lamp was rusted and looked like it was about 100 years old. As soon as we walked in there was a BUG crawling on the bed and then another on the floor. I requested my money back and my family and I DID NOT stay here. This place was absolutely DISGUSTING. The manager was very polite but the conditions of this hotel are just unacceptable. It definitely is NOT as pictured.

It is close to the theme park. Underneath the cover of the bed didnt feel clean, it felt like there was sand particles.

The property was dirty . In the room when i arrive the mattress was deep in the middle of the bed I report led and nobody fixed . The door lock was broke and nobody fixed neither . No room service at all . We used the same towel for all the days . No soap, no body shower gel . The litter refrigerator was broke in the bottom part . I do lot recommend this hotel to nobody .

The room was dirty down to the sheets on arrival. The bathroom floor was constanly wet due to bad circulation, you had to leave the AC on for it not to get wet which left the room extremely cold. It was hard to get wash chlothes and towels.They offered a sprinkler for the kids which is why I chose to stay there but it was never turned on. Extremely disappointed.
