The room that I checked into was very dirty. The bathroom was unclean. The bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The baseboards had stains on them. Nothing in the room had been dusted. The room was unusable. I asked to move to a different room. The second room was just as dirty. We found a dead rodent on the floor of the room. Upon talking to the manager of the hotel, no resolution was found. The manager stated, “my cleaners do a fine job cleaning.” However, it didn’t look that way. He made it very clear that he couldn’t offer me a refund but points toward another stay. Why would I want points to a dirty hotel? I’m extremely unsatisfied with my stay. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I only wish I would have went through the reviews before booking here.

Served its purpose

This hotel served its purpose which was to give us a place to sleep before catching an early flight the next morning. It’s showing its age, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. For around $130, the room was fine. I wouldn’t spend much more than that though.

Our staff checked into the room provided and immediately there were stains on the furniture and the beds. Then they went into the bathroom and saw cockroaches in the tub and bathroom. When we asked to be refunded our money so we could get room at another hotel we were told that the front desk was "unwilling to offer a refund". We supplied photos of the cockroaches but to no avail. We will not be staying here again.

A Bad start to a Family Vacation

I had booked 4 non-smoking rooms. They were dirty and one smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, that one person could not even sleep because of asthma/breathing problems. We asked to change the room, but they were full.
