Pleased with how clean and close by it was to attractions and restaurants. Housekeeping was polite and gave me more washing powder when I needed it (1 week stay.) I wouldn’t mind booking here again. Management and front desk were all pleasant. My kids didn’t want to leave! Lol

We stayed here last year and kinda liked it so we came back because of that and that's were the sh$@ show starts I killed 5 roaches our room the pool was dirty we said never again just not a good time the bar tender was cool though you would think as much as they charge they would keep the rooms spayed and up date the TV's please and keep the pool clean we found food and dirt probably want come back and we like your hotel it hurts to leave a bad review for this please but I have too I know no one will read this that owns this property but please update and clean it up and who knows well probably be back

I always enjoy this property. I have visited off and on for many years. The things I like are many. I would like to see more supervision over the pool area. My time at the pool with my kids and grandkids wasn’t the best. The environment becomes less than family friendly. Pool rules are not enforced at all. I hope to see improvements on my next stay. Thank you!

This was NO resort. My room was so dirty I had to ask them to wet mop the floor as our feet, sox, shoes were getting filthy. Their transportation van was so small when we ask to be driven to Disney there was no room in that small van. Would never stay there again. The supposidely Resort fee was high, and this was NOT a Resort as listed. It was just a regular Hotel with a Resort fee. Stay somewhere else.

I only gave 3 stars because they didn’t have washcloths on site. I asked for washcloths and towels to only receive a bunch of towels. Good thing I use a loofa for my body. If you’re planning visit, be prepared to buy washcloths.

We checked out within minutes of checking in…the room was damaged, filthy, and stunk of smoke and mold. We originally booked this trip in August 2024 - our stay was for May 2025. When we first made our reservations we read through so many amazing reviews. I also looked the resort up on social media and saw many more amazing reviews and comments. Upon check in and finding the horrific conditions of the room, we looked up more recent reviews. All of them confirmed exactly what we were seeing. We took a total of 39 photos of broken light fixtures, blinds, burn marks on chairs, stains on the bedding, layers of dust, hair, and filth to ensure that we were not charged for any of these existing damages. I will say, upon our immediate check out, the staff was very professional and gave us a full refund.
