This hotel is extremely short staffed. I don’t blame the employees, they complain about it too. Often the one front desk employee is running to rooms to drop off towels, checking people in or making Starbucks coffee. GM and ownership take zero responsibility. Rooms are aged, cleaning service is every other day and in our case, we stayed 7 nights for a baseball tournament and got service 2 of the 7 days. The one time our room was serviced, they left 2 towels in a room 4 ppl were obviously staying. King bed made and bunk beds went unmade. Floor not vacuumed. Pool was not fun for the kids, over chlorinated and as a pool owner, I could tell they added too much muriatic acid - very unsafe. Ruined my daughter’s bathing suit. $17 a day for parking never mentioned on website until check-in. So when you see you are getting a free shuttle to and from the parks, you are not it’s probably coming from that fee. They advertise an in-house eatery called The Placery but this is not true. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, there are plenty of hotel in the area to choose from.

We checked-in late to stay a night so only thing I remember is the staff at the front, he was kind, helpful and welcomed us. One more thing, a complimentary breakfast was good, especially the place was spacious so I could enjoy more.

Big space at the lobby and shared areas, nice pool, clean rooms. Most of the staff were very courteous. Not breakfast was a mess: no coffee, not juice, not even watter. It seems the hotel was full, and they didn't prepare for the breakfast time, so it was a jungle, a small jar of coffee was empty in minutes leaving most of the guest without it. Not a good way to start the day.

I enjoyed the distance to Disney. Shops located within 10mins walking distance and restaurant's closer than that. Staff at the front desk were helpful always and always with a smile. Cleaning was done every other day and just had to make sure you get towels at the front desk. Other than that it was pretty good.

The hotel was in a good area. The wings were very delicious, and everything else was good. The room was very old and dingy The hotel is desperately in need of renovation. We told them that there were roaches in our room. They never changed our room, and we showed them pictures of the roach, crawling up the wall. The breakfast area was nasty.

Try something else

Room was not cleaned when we were out for the whole day from morning and the breakfast was just for namesake. No even basic stuff was served. I have been coming to this hotel for a long time but looks like I need to try something else.

Good overall but definitely need more staff, seems like they had one person servicing at a time. Everytime i was calling for towels or pillows /sheets no one would answer
