Very nice and I am very picky. Only one downfall to this hotel. Elevators are horrible! If you have a place to be you better give yourself and extra 20 minutes! Phillip at front desk is amazing.

The pool was filthy. Had algae across the surface. Breakfast was limited. They do not serve the Mickey waffles as shown in the images. They gave our room away that we had booked for 6 months. We had to stay in a small room our first night even though we paid for a suite. Front desk people said they couldn’t help because they weren’t “trained properly”. Overall a terrible experience.
