Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed over all with my stay. Upon arrival, it was 80° in the room, and it took hours to cool down to a reasonable temperature. There is no mini-fridge, a small microwave, an ice bucket, and a small 1 cup coffee maker. The only ice machines are on the 2nd floor, it's a 14-floor hotel.... The bed and couch were hard as a rock, not to mention the pillows, you either get completely flat pillows or over stuffed hard pillows to choose from. The TV was not a smart TV, just basic cable. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room. It was what i expected from a Crown Plaza. The room itself definitely wasn't. There are French doors in the room with a small railing on the other side that are locked with a sign that says these doors are locked for your safety. If you are going to keep them locked, why not just put in windows? I was excited about the doors, and it was one of the reasons I chose that hotel. I will never choose Crown Plaza again.

Great Stay minus hot water issues!

Stay was excellent. The boiler above the room was broken and needed repair as there was no hot water for two days. It was hot out so cold water was fine. Other than that hotel was great to stay in. close to highway and entertainment.

Easily accessible right off the highway. The hotel was extremely clean and everyone was very friendly. The first floor was decorated nicely and tasty however the floors with the rooms were non impressive. I was in room 706 double queen size beds. Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Would go back.
