Wonderful greetings by valet parking and front desk personnel. Checkin was easy. Room was very nice and beds comfortable. Free shuttle to concert and back was amazing! Shuttle driver was great. Would stay again.

This property is a false advertisement property. I picked this room for the balcony and jetted tub in the bathroom and neither were there. The balcony was closed with a sign that said “this door is to remain close at all times” but on the photos of the property that wasn’t made clear. Then the bathroom was shown as a jacuzzi but it was a regular tub. I was very disappointed.

I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and ice machine. I was 1 room away from the elevator and facing the busiest road in Orlando. I slept terrible. The breakfast staff was very attentive and I enjoyed the buffet. Even though I tipped the housekeeper, I ran out out coffee on the 2nd day and creamer on the third. More attention to detail please.

What I didn’t like is the locks on the door. The locks are old and don’t lock properly at all! There’s a large gap between the door jam & door. I didn’t feel as safe. It’s a good hotel, just the olds locks needs to replaced

Very deceiving, no balconies and no 20 dollar credit. Whole place smelled like mildew including towels. You can hear all noise from highway and doors slamming all night.
