A lizard got into our room because there was a gap in the bottom of the door and the floor. Thank goodness my husband was with us to trap it and get it out!! I also found an empty beer bottle under the cabinet. The bathroom sink would not drain so we had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the kitchen sink. Other than that, the room and grounds were clean. We stayed in building 98 and the pool area didn’t have a bar or vending. It would’ve been nice to not have to trek over to the main pool for drinks or a chip. Check in was nice and easy but the $25 a night parking I feel is a little excessive considering how much the cost per night and the high food and drink prices are. Felt a little nickel and dimey. All in all our first stay at this hotel was ok but I expecting more bang for my buck.

Great property, we had a 1 bedroom villa with full kitchen & laundry. The property is beautiful- pools were great & clean. Lots of towels and lounge chairs. Only issue was on property food options were a bit limited. Easy walk to town trolley that will take you to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful property! Had no idea it was so spread out and required a shuttle bus to get around. The staff were professional and helpful but they were severely understaffed. There were always long lines in the lobby. I requested a late checkout via text and was given until 12pm. Then my card was deactivated and I had to wait in the long line for them to say they had no record of it. So I sent them a screenshot and then they confirm. It was a little frustrating. The text feature is good for requesting the shuttle service but even then they take a little while to respond. I think they just need more people. The main pool was completely packed but thankfully there were other ones by the villas. The main restaurant the Grill was overbooked and also understaffed. Couldn’t get a table without a reservation, that should be recommended at check-in. They need more people working in this hotel.
