It was not what I had expected. We were assigned a room in Building 8, where the air conditioning was broken and had not been working that day (or longer- they sent the AC tech to fix the AC). The phone was disconnected from the landline, and the shower handle had to be forced to stop the water from running. Thankfully, the reception accommodated us at midnight by providing a room in Building 6.

No me gustó para nada en la habitación la caja fuerte no funcionaba , no había microondas pedí uno y el q me trajeron estaba dañado quemaba las cosas había mucho olor a viejo las toallas muy finas y amarillas , la piscina tenía mucho cloro y solo habian 3 balsas azul para la atracción y amarillas dobles sola 1 teníamos q esperar mucho para poder disfrutar la atracción las tumbonas estaban rotas al igual q las sombrillas el bufé muy sencillo no hubo variedad en ninguno de los 3 días la verdad no volvería

Very kid friendly. My kids love the water slides and the pool. Even the adults enjoyed the water slides and the pool. The grill was awesome and they have shave ice cream spot and a Starbucks on the property.

I love that the kids had access to the pools and water slides and that there were other activities for them to do. I also liked that the hotel was on the strip to many restaurants and stores. With that being said, the rooms can definitely benefit from an upgrade and parking should be free if we getting charge hotel daily fees exc..

The conditions of the room is our experience. We did not like it. The bed wasn't comfortable, towels needed to be replaced. The pillow too. I will suggest to have phone lines confront building 6 to help if we forget the swipe card in the room. It will save the time to go to the service just for something you can solved calling the room.

Rooms are nice for an older hotel. Walls are very thin, you can hear the people next to you talk. We had no running water for about 2 hours and were told we could use the locker room bathrooms to take shower that were disgusting. Finally said we could change rooms and ended up in smaller rooms. I would not recommend this place nor will we ever stay here again.
