The description on hotels.com family room its totally different then reality. We were told that hotel doesn't have room that we booked at all. Rooms are very poor, floor swiped but not washed. Shuttle offered on website is another scam. Goes one time a day at inconvenient time.

The WORST! Booked online which nowhere does it say you have to pay an extra fee to park your car at this hotel $132+ extra the staff way rude poor service, house keeping a disaster never cleaned our room, TV didnt work had to call multiple times maintenance said we need a new box that we never got, took 4 calls to get maintenance to even comeout the front desk says “oh we forgot” NEVER AGAIN stay here this place is trash

The pool was enjoyable, my grand children did not want to come out. Unfortunately, it rained most of the stay and could not enjoy the water park. I will like to extent my gratitude to Melissa at guess services, who was welcoming while checking us in. I only have one drawback, there were no closet in my room. It was very family friendly.

Room 2205 had a dog barking non stop and 2217 was loud as hell. The ajoined rooms are terrible with noise. Worst visit at a resort that I’ve had. Had to check out at the computer so couldn’t even talk to a person about it. Terrible stay.
