Had to change rooms due to a broken front door. The second room wasn’t as clean as the first. Pizza at the restaurant is good. This is our second stay here . Kids enjoy the pool and it was nice that it wasn’t as crowded this time of year

I just went for the weekend, Saturday to Monday and my experience was not great. First for check in it's not in the lobby, you have to go to a whole different building to do it even though there were 4 people in the registration area. The lady who did our check in had a horrible attitude wasn't great being greeted like that. The groundskeeper was great though he drove us from one building to the next and was very friendly. We were barely at the hotel but while we were out someone came in I guess to clean but the apartment wasn't clean, they just moved all of our stuff around which wasn't a great feeling, made the bed and picked up a towel. When it was time to check out we went to the building where we checked in and it was locked, the registration area was empty so I called and was transferred over 8 times until I got tired and said I'll just leave the keys with a note that we checked out, we had to be at the airport at 4am. When we approached the counter a guy came up and told us to put the keys in the drop box, he was there all a long but he was sleeping, then while we waited for our Uber he left the building and never came back. There was no guard at the parking post so anyone could just come and go whenever they want. Unfortunately my experience was horrible.

It was a horrible experience. First of all I was charged for parking $45.00 for each day. AND resort fees of $60.00 per day AND breakfast of $35.00 each day Outrageous!! My shower was broken and I had to wash myself from the bathroom sink without washcoth! They couldn't changed my room they were rooms were full. I will not be returning!

Our toilet had gotten clogged it took them 3 hours to get someone to unclog it , than when we came back from lunch and our room was flooded all my stuff had gotten soaking wet with toilet water. When I made them aware of it it took them 20 minutes to get someone up there to fix it than it took them almost an hour to get us a new room and I had my kids w me just sitting out in the hallway with our wet things. Once they got us a new room it took them 20-30 minutes to bring us the room key. Once we get in the room the room was smaller than our last and the toilet seat was broken and the sink faucet handle had broken off. All I can say is do better. Never seen a manager and spoke to someone on the phone for 10-15 at most.

The staff were all amazing , Allie was such a sweetheart with the best customer service ! She also waived the parking fee because it was only 10% capacity when we arrived . The room was cleaned one time only but that’s ok when it was cleaned the ladies organized and put my kids AirPods away and their phones to the side.so that itself says a lot and will definitely be back , the pool and water park activities were so much fun my kids did not want to leave . Thank you for all the amenities and the great overall service .

property was ok, went there because of the water park but it was broke so i had to leave resort to take my kids to a water park also elevators was broke had to go all the way to the other side of building to get on elevator or walk down long stairs

The rooms themselves were very spacious and lovely! Our fridge was leaky and off balance. Our sheets were yellow and dirty and I had to call and request house keeping the next day of our stay. I was told they do not just come and clean, you have to request it. They were doing maintainece on the parking lots which we were not told about ahead of time at all, so it made it extremely difficult for our drivers to navigate and get to us. One of our drivers was actually denied access to us on our last day there and we had to walk a long distance with all of our suitcases and baggage just to get to where he has. There was no reason he couldn't come to us--- nothing was obstructing him. Security just wouldnt allow it. Out of 5 restaurants, only 3 were open. Chinese place and Mexican place were closed the entire week we were there. They also had two pools but one of them was closed due to construction. The staff were extremely friendly to us and even remembered my sons Birthday. He received a free complimentary ice cream as well! This was not a horrible place to stay, but I feel for what was offered the price should have been lowered or we should have been given a discounted stay.
