Nice waterpark but dont go at peak times

The check in desk was friendly and she was able to upgrade us to accommodate an additional family member. The pool music was very loud. When you want to relax and watch your kids play, the volume and base of the music is unpleasant. The music started blaring at 9 am, when the pool opened. Very odd. Only one of the hot tubs were working and there were a bunch of teenagers in it for the entire length of our pool stay. Granted, it was spring break but the sign said dips were limited to 15 minutes. The housecleaning staff knocked on our door at 915 am and asked if were leaving. Check out was at 10 am. When we asked her to confirm 10 am check out she said she didnt know. We felt that it was rude and that they wanted us gone to start the room turnover.

Our room was overwhelmed by the strong smell of Clorox. We reported it to the front desk, and they offered to send someone to spray something to mask the odor, but there were no other rooms available for us to switch to. The next morning, the guest staying in the room woke up experiencing difficulty breathing, along with irritated eyes and a sore throat. It was severe enough that we nearly went to urgent care. I have been trying to get a refund, but both management and staff have been extremely unhelpful. While I understand this is a family-friendly hotel, it was also incredibly noisy. On top of that, we were charged a resort fee, yet we didn’t even use the amenities.

Had a very bad experience but just due to the fact of negligence and the property definitely needs an update. Unfortunately there was a blood stain on my bed sheets and also in the kids room the top bump bed was broken. Also went to use a towel and there was a huge hole in it with a long piece of hair! Wont be returning unless they do an update just very poor negligence. I was given a $50 credit though since I bought on Expedia not much property said they can do since I paid Expedia directly.

This was a perfect option if you have kids! The waterpark and pool was a lifesaver and location is so close to Disney Springs, all Disney parks and universal and everything you need! Definitely will stay again
