Extremely rude staff, dirty rooms, pool, slides, unsafe, garbage everywhere, all the restaurants and laser tag and other activities were closed. Definitely would not recommend staying in the shabby rundown sad excuse of a resort.

I didn’t like the fact that our room wasn’t ready for almost 2 hours. That pulled out sofa bed was not comfortable. Ended up leaving a day early.
