The rooms themselves were very spacious and lovely! Our fridge was leaky and off balance. Our sheets were yellow and dirty and I had to call and request house keeping the next day of our stay. I was told they do not just come and clean, you have to request it. They were doing maintainece on the parking lots which we were not told about ahead of time at all, so it made it extremely difficult for our drivers to navigate and get to us. One of our drivers was actually denied access to us on our last day there and we had to walk a long distance with all of our suitcases and baggage just to get to where he has. There was no reason he couldn't come to us--- nothing was obstructing him. Security just wouldnt allow it. Out of 5 restaurants, only 3 were open. Chinese place and Mexican place were closed the entire week we were there. They also had two pools but one of them was closed due to construction. The staff were extremely friendly to us and even remembered my sons Birthday. He received a free complimentary ice cream as well! This was not a horrible place to stay, but I feel for what was offered the price should have been lowered or we should have been given a discounted stay.

It was ok for the price, but we probably won’t go back. Check in was slow, part of the resort was under renovation which we were informed ahead of our stay, but no one mentioned the waterpark being closed. It was the only reason we booked this hotel for. As a matter of fact, we were told during check in that the waterpark closes at 7pm. We rushed to make sure we have enough time to enjoy it, but then turns out it was closed. The splash pad was open but all the older kids were crammed with the littles and it just wasn’t what we expected. They promote 5 restaurants, but 2 of them were closed and it’s not really restaurants, it’s more like a food court. I don’t remember reading this on their website but I might be wrong. Our room was nice, but the ceiling light in the main bedroom was not working, neither was the TV. We got in the room pass the kids bedtime so we didn’t call anyone about it as it was too late to change rooms or to wait for someone to come fix it. The room was clean except the kitchen floors felt a little sticky. One of the elevators was not working so everyone was using the only other elevator left. The price seems right but next time we’d rather pay more and have all conditions.

This facility and rooms are absolutely beautiful. The pool and water park area are great. The onsite theater was great. There’s great restaurant options so you never need to leave during your stay. It was honestly a great time.

Worst part is how they trick you at checking to sell you a timeshare the resort fee is super expensive because they charge you for the water park. This is not a hotel is a time share the room was impecable clean but the property is under repair and parking was a challenge. Want your AC under 70 F is not happening and the water pressure in the shower extremely low

check in at 4 not mentioned when booking check out at 10 am . half rooms not available and even if we ready to pay extra rooms not given on time got room at 5 pm. so wasted whole day of trip.

We stayed here for a week because based on the pictures, it seemed like a great spot. I remember thinking one could spend a week at this resort alone without doing any parks (we did 5 days of parks). The pool was nice and my kids loved the water park area. But the other amenities were severely lacking. There was only one quick service restaurant open the whole week and only really had pizza available, despite other options being listed on the menu. The room was also fairly run down, leaky shower with very poor water pressure. Common area bathrooms were also poorly maintained or closed all together. The staff on site was extremely pleasant to deal with in spite of all this. While this wasnt a terrible experience, I would be hesitant to return unless i couldnt find another spot with a similar water park.
