Only 1 elevator partially worked. Would stop on every floor. Started leaking fluid on us when we got out of it on the last day. Rooms were not horrible, could be a little cleaner. Had to request to get room cleaned daily. make sure and let them know up front you ride shared there or they will automatically charge you for parking each night. I had read that and brought it up at check-in and they said they would wave it.

*Not enough lounge chairs. *Guests allowed to "secure" SEVERAL lounge chairs for several HOURS. *Not enough table and chairs near pool for eating. *The elevator in Building 8 was out of order, which meant a LONG walk to rooms in Building 10's elevator EVERYTIME. *Please hire staff bilingual in BOTH Spanish AND English. *Please get life jackets that fit toddlers.

We were placed in area 1. Which is right next to all the construction going on. I believe we were the only ones placed there. NEVER seen any other people going in or out of the rooms next or around us. 5am daily construction started VERY LOUDLY. Room phone had NO GUIDE on it so we could never call for questions etc. We told the front desk about it, nothing was done. We mentioned switching rooms, front desk said we would get a text, when I got the text I replied " yes, we want to change rooms." NOTHING was ever replied or done. My boys room floor smelled like dirty feet carpet. Their little tiny closet space had dust and some rotting of the wood. TV.s always gave us troubles. LUCKLY most of our days we were at the parks all day long. NEVER was able to eat the food there, everything was always closed. Uber eats drops off in the main lobby, and the main lobby people always offer a pick and drop off by workers but when they were radioed THEY NEVER ANSWER, so we had to walk from the front of the hotel all the way to the back of the hotel. The water park was always closed, we got there early one day and as soon as my boys were walking towards it they closed it. but it was ok, the water is very foggy and dirty. I honestly wish i could get my money back. They do offer a shuttle to the parks, but there is a fee for each adult of $13 each, and i believe $10 or so for each kid. Uber/lyft is CHEAPER.

The rooms were comfortable but housekeeping had linen bags laying around everywhere and felt very much like a motel from the outside.

First they gave us the wrong room when we checked in. Both the twin bed sheets and pull out couch bed sheets were dirty and never changed. There were dirty wash clothes hanging on the shower curtain that were missed by the cleaners from the previous guest. The sink in the living room kitchenette area was disgusting. The floors were sticky and tacky. The hotel is under staffed severely and over populated. They have more guest than they can handle truly. The parking is ridiculous. There is never an employee to help bring your suitcases to your room. when I did ask at the lobby for help since i had to park half a mile from my room i was told the golf cart had a flat tire. There is one elevator per building that seems to work and it has no air conditioner inside. it is sweltering. It was over all a horrible experience and I will never be back.

Cons: Construction going on was never disclosed when signed up, no wash clothes were available, pool was overcrowded, elevator broke. pros: arcade was decent, movie theater was cool, several places to eat on site except not open on Sundays.
