I like this hotel because of its Location, value for money and condition. It is always very clean, the staff is super helpful and friendly. It has airport shuttle and many restaurants nearby. The room was a good size and my husband loved the bed. It comes with free breakfast and the breakfast buffet was well tended to.

Here’s a way you could word a review that reflects your experience honestly but fairly: --- Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) I really wanted to enjoy my stay — the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience overall due to a bed bug issue that left me with itchy skin and discomfort. It’s a real shame because the hospitality was otherwise great. I hope management addresses this quickly so future guests don’t have the same experience
