I made a reservation for Deluxe room that supposed to have hot tube on it, however the Lady on the front Desk gave me a different room which it was different than the One I paid for. I asked her for details on her computer system she refused to give any details then told to call Hotel.com, I found unprofessional and no ethic. Obviously she want to give a quick answer and assist the next Customer that was after me. Very bad experience
