Great stay!!!!!
Service was incredible everywhere in the hotel, always met with a smile. Food was awesome wherever we ate, and the room was clean. Pool atmosphere was awesome for the kids

Good location and amenities. Being assigned to a ADA accessible room was awkward since bathroom set up ended up being odd for my stature. The shower head was probably not in use for some time, and emanated a discolored initial water flow, before clearing out.

This was a disappointing room for the price we paid. For one month’s house note cost: Our room wasn’t ready at 930pm on the day of check in and we had to wait about an hour. Our double queen with a sofa bed room was dated and definitely not equipped to house 6 people. The bathroom didn’t have enough room for everyone’s toiletries, no wall hooks for hand towels so counter space was quite limited. Towels were stored in the closet. The room was narrow and two people couldn’t walk by each other. The cleaners did not clean our room on the requested day. A note was at our door when we got back late at night but yet not there when we left that morning, so we know they didn’t even try. All of the restaurants were booked solid with long waits, and one wasn’t even open for dinner. Thank goodness the room service was quick. The lobby is SO loud…With the open concept restaurant and bar area, the acoustics are terrible. There are so many other options in the area…look elsewhere !

The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is due to poor internet service. The first day I purchased the internet plan, which is good for only one device, but the service was very spotty, working sometimes and sometimes not. There was not a common area on the property, that I could find, with free internet service. Other than the poor internet service, the facility, staff, cleanliness, and amenities are all 5-srar.
